Chuckling softly I watched the little feline closely hoping he didn't freak out and attack her. When he pawed at her hand I tensed slightly hoping he didn't bite. Once he laid down on his side and closed his eyes I released a breath I hadn't realized I'd been holing. "Oh thank goodness he didn't claw your face off!" His body language stated that he didn't like or dislike her. He was just kind of neutral about it. That was better than nothing though so I was pretty happy.

My smile faded, and I touched the soft kitten. I used to have a dog, but it wasn't as soft as this. Actually, it barely had any fur. This was like a pillow, "It's. So. Cute." I muttered, not liking this girly side of me.

An amused look crossed my features as I watched her pet the little kitty. "Yeah, chick magnet for sure." I could hear Knives' soft purrs and rolled my eyes. "Keep tellin' him how cute he is and he'll love you forever. That little fur ball has a huge ego and he thinks he's the most adorable creature on the face of the Earth."

"shut up." I said, although a small smile was hinted at my face. I kept on petting the small thing, closing my eyes for a moment. It was just a really calm time. Nothing was freaking me out, nothing was whispering bad thoughts in my ear, everything was fine. Calming. Relaxed. It was more than what I could wish for.

The small girl was no match for a happy Luna. Squealing with delight I pounced on the poor girl and buried my nose in her neck, giggling uncontrollably. She loved me and it was like...real!
