She nodded, considering the burger. Then realizing Kaylee asked a question she said"Well, I only live with my mom and my dad. The rest of my family live in Belguim...I think I will try a burger.", abruptly getting up. She walked to the table and grabbed a burger and a glass of lemonade. She walked back to the table.

"Belgium!?" Kaylee continued when Rachyl returned to the table, "That's quite the distance away from 'ere, isn't it? My family all lives in America... but my ancestors immigrated here from Ireland... so I'm Irish-American and you're Belgian-American?"

Dakota Alice Rain

Dakota held her largish baby blue duffle above the dirt ground, looking down in disgust. She had on her black leather wedge boots and ripped jean shorts. Being skilled in walking with wedges and large loads of bags she made her way to an empty table and put her bag on top of it. She looked at the bench and bit her lip, it looked dusty and dirty. She decided it would be best to just stand and crossed her arms, praying there wasn't too much dirt on her shoes. The entire scene seemed very atrocious to her, there was a girl eating a cheeseburger, too many calories for her liking. There was another boy, or man, eating more grilled food than made her comfortable. However, there was another pretty decently dressed boy standing at the other end, he must be from the city. She felt a bit more at ease knowing she wasn't the only one but it still bothered her. She hadn't even seen the housing conditions and she was beginning to worry if they were sanitary.

Trevor took his red hankerchief out of the pocket of his dark blue overalls and wiped barbeque sauce off his mouth with it. Then he wiped his forehead with the same cloth. Yet this hankerchief never seemed to get dirty despite how many times he used it to rub all sorts of grime off his face. Hey, it was better he cleaned it off then left it on there.
He surveyed the BBQ area once more and noticed a girl who looked way out of place here(Dakota) with her fancy little boots and expensive looking luggage. All Trevor had brought was a simple hiking backpack and here was this girl with at last 5 bags of luggage. From what Trevor knew of city girls, one of those bags was probably just for all her makeup and bathroom supplies.
She aint gonna be using any of them here... Trevor chuckled, watching her cross her arms and grimace in disgust.

Dakota looked around for the camp councilors, seeing none she sighed. She. really didn't want to be here, especially since her dad was coming back for part of the summer and she hadn't seen him since last summer. She had his knife in her back pocket, she had taken it from him when she was younger as a joke but kept it there the rest of her life up until now. She looked down at her boots and saw the layer of light brown dirt that covered the perfect black leather fabric. "Ugh, there's no way I can afford to loose these boots." she mumbled to herself and ran her fingers through her hair. Looking at her bag she remembered she had some shoe cleaning wipes and hopped they'd be going to their rooms soon. She spotted the guy who was looking at her, clearly one of them country guys. She rolled her eyes and looked the other way, there was no way she was letting herself get even three feet closer to him.

Arianna came in a silver F 150 pick-up that looked terribly to large for a girl her sized but she drove it and parked completely perfect when she found a spot, or so she thought. She stepped out, sun faded cowgirl boots on her feet, and she looked around, keeping her long light blonde hair away from her face with her hand. Her blue eyes searched the large dusty clearing and the wonder of lateness swirled into her thoughts as she saw almost no one scattered around. Maybe this camp wasn't so packed as her dad described. Otherwise they all could be gathered somewhere beyond the point she was. It had been a long drive and Arianna was hungry and the scent of a good BBQ didn't help. Ah hah! That's where they all were and that's where she headed, closing the large silver pick-up truck's door and going towards the smell. It smelt so good it made her mouth water and she didn't even care that she was getting sticky mud all over her nice boots.

Ray changed the song on his iPod to something a little louder than the Sublime song; Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. Yes, it'd gone very mainstream but that didn't make the lyrics and intense drum beat any less meaningful. But it had Ray looking up and around at everyone else now instead of being all introverted on the edge of the BBQ area. He noticed a girl(Arianna) heading his way but he didn't really acknowledge her, she looked like one of them silly Georgia peaches.

Trevor got up from his table, bringing his plate with him. He went over to the serving table to get seconds. These pork ribs were delicious! He noticed a girl(Arianna) getting out of a shiny Ford F-150 and smirked, it looked a lot like his truck but silver and without the decal. Now he craved to ask her what year the truck was... but some girls didn't know that stuff...

Arianna came to the sight of the wafting scent that was the BBQ. It was just fabulous that it was lunch time since she hadn't even eaten breakfast nor did she even try to stop anywhere to eat. She got a plate right away and picked up a good burger but didn't put any mustard or ketchup on it. She just grabbed a piece of cheese and sat down right away, nibbling at her burger contently. She noticed then that she had cut some people in line and she saw a little anger strike in one boy's(Trevor's) eyes and she bit her lip, feeling kind of bad.

Trevor was unaware that he'd given Arianna a dirty look, he was even unaware that she'd cut. He had scowled a bit at her but only because he was thinking about how she might react if he went to sit down wherever she was and ask her about her truck... because he was still curious... and he was a little curious to find out where she lived because she didn't look like a Southern girl even with those boots and that honey blonde hair. Basically, Arianna had caught Trevor's eye and not because she bumped right into the front of the line and didn't put any ketchup on her burger.
Do I go chat her up? Is she worth it? Is there any one here who's gonna stop me? Trevor asked himself as he used a fork to stab a hunk of rare steak and drop it on his plastic plate next to some pulled pork and a baked potato loaded with bacon bits, butter and beans.
