Gerard blew another puff from his cig and rubbed his temples. Opening his eyes, he took a deep breath, "Okay Gee, she's not a real person, she's not going to be there, just peek through the window and everything will be fine.." He whispered to himself. He pushed himself up and slowly peered through the window, seeing the girl still in the hallway. "Oh sh*t!" he breathed. He sat back down on the step and took a few deep breaths to clear his mind. Okay, he just screamed at a real person who is probably as sick as he is, what is he going to say, what will he do about it? How is this chick going to react?! "Okay Gee, one, two, three..." He stepped on his cigarette and opened the door, slinging his bag back over his shoulder. He walk towards the girl in a panicked apology, "Oh my God, so sorry, please don't be angry, you see, I have this thing, I can't help it, I know you're real, you're totally real, I mean you are clearly a human and you are right in front of me, you are here and real, and I am so sooo sorry." He stopped to breathe, going over what he just said to make sure he didn't say anything wrong so he can catch himself before she reacts. He just sat there, forehead wrinkled under his shaggy black hair. "Do you need a coffee?" He choked.
