- ᴛ ʜ ᴇ ᴏ ʙ ᴠ ɪ ᴏ ᴜ s
- name. alexander grayson wills is his full name, but because it's a bit of a mouthful, alexander will suffice, or alex better yet. though, close relatives have been known to call him xander or gray even, but these are specifically reserved for family and not just anyone who feels like using them. his name was originally deriving from greek origin until society latinized it, translating its meaning to "defending man" or "to defend, help, protect".
age. alexander was born december 9, 1994 in birmingham, alabama, which is where he gets his southern drawl. this would put him at the age of eighteen, turning nineteen this december, indicating that he is fresh out of highschool and living his life out on his own.
gender. well this is a little awkward, but if you really cannot tell just by looking at him, let me draw your attention to a certain location a few feet below where if you were to tug that zipper down, you would meet the one part of him that confirms that he is in fact very much male.
sexual orientation. alexander is in fact straight, heterosexual, he likes girls, although he does believe in the lgbt rights.
religious orientation. alexander isn't much of a holy man but he was raised roman catholic although he never liked going to church and singing in the choir every sunday.
nationality. alexander is half italian, a quarter irish, and a quarter german. he speaks english, but can speak fluent italian, although it's often incoherent due to his inherited southern accent.
- ʙ ᴀ ᴛ ᴛ ʟ ᴇ s ᴄ ᴀ ʀ s
- weight. alexander, being an athlete, has to take a number of diets and must keep a certain weight, which is currently one hundred and fifty-four.
height. alexander stands at a towering six foot one, a genetic trait from his father's side.
"...and at once i knew..."

"...i was not magnificent..."

"...i was not magnificent..."
eyes. his eyes are a bright spring emerald green, similar to the color of a maple leaf being held up to the sun, or simply the emerald gem.
body. as mentioned, alexander much go through a number of diets and exercise to keep him healthy, fit, strong, and to keep his stamina up. he's rather broad, due to the exercise suggestion his father has given him from his experience in the marines. his chest and torso are rather sculpted with a chiseled, toned stomach. he has lean, muscular arms and strong legs from his continuous exercise and use of both his arms and legs. he does, however, have one body modification: a tattoo. his friends find it odd he hasn't been suspended from it, but all in all, alexander is a good kid, and his tattoo isn't crude nor violent in any way. in black, celtic font, across his right forearm, it reads: "poteris", which, translated, reads "thou mayest".

- personality. all in all, alexander is probably one of the most down to earth, easy going, and understanding man you'll ever have the disadvantage to meet. he's young and fresh out of high school, ergo, he's a bit high on life at the moment and he is very reluctant to come down. since he was a small boy, he's always been adventurous and looking for the next "great perhaps", which, incidentally, he got the inspiration from a john green novel. he isn't much of a dare devil, but he enjoys a good thrill because he's justified in his mind that you don't have much time on this earth to live, and he wants to live his life to the fullest, which means a lot of travelling and working hard. a trait he's gained form his father; his stubborn and headstrong attitude that has got him to look forward to a long life of working for what you want. he's ambitious and doesn't like giving up or feeling defeated; in a game of monopoly, that's one thing, but in football is an entirely different thing. in a family game, no one in expecting you to win, in fact, they want you to lose, and that justification makes playing those games more relaxing. but when you play a game like football, and everyone is expecting you to do your best, it's disappointing to let them down. for this reason, alexander can be somewhat of a "worry wart", especially when it comes to things like sport (which is more previously since he graduated) and school (he plans on going to a good college). but one thing that makes him fun to be around is that he wants to focus on the now instead of the later aspect of life. he knows he stresses a lot about the outcome of events, and he publicly kicks himself about it because it makes him frustrated, but he really is pretty easy when it come to have a good time with friends and family. he is die hard loyal, to the point where most of his friends have given him the name "dog" since his loyalty resembles that of man's best friend, and when worded like that, alexander didn't think the nickname was so bad. he's brave, never backing down from a challenge that is safe (the type of "safe" that he has to justify, again, in his mind). when it comes to his family, alexander wouldn't give up the world for another--despite the fact that his mother judges his wardrobe and his little brother constantly brags about how he is the smartest "heir". when it comes to his friend, including the one he loves most, he's very protective over them, not stopping to come to their defense and he would jump in front of a bullet for any of them in a heartbeat. a choice few he feels rather possessive over, especially a certain one.
"...these bruises make for better conversation..."

"...everybody loses, we all have bruises..."

"...everybody loses, we all have bruises..."
likes. while alexander is very passionate, he has a hard time deciphering liking something and being okay with a certain thing or person existing. one thing that has always had his interest in the armed forces such as the marines, us army, air force, navy, national guard, etc., etc. he admires the soldiers for their courage do practically sign their death sentence but take the risk for their country, despite the fact they only know a small knit of people in the whole millions of them. like any all-American man, alexander loves sports that include baseball, basketball, football, or really anything with a ball. he's very active and likes to keep himself fit, which is probably why he loves his gym membership as well. he loves his family; including his parents, his younger brother matt, and his dogs cliff and ford.
dislikes. one thing alexander hates is expectations because he hates the weight of having to live up to them. his entire life, his parents, teachers, friends, and coaches have pushed him to do better than his best, and he doesn't want to live up to them. he loves life, he's high on it, the exact reason he doesn't want to limit himself. that's another thing: limits; rules--he loathes them. he lives how he pleases and won't let anyone tell him otherwise. he hates rollercoasters, and not because of the height, but because when he was younger, his uncle took him on a rollercoaster he wasn't tall enough to ride, and he about slipped out of his seat on the loop. ever since, he refuses to get on one. he doesn't like cats either because they are prissy little felines who scratch you and jump on everything. he dislikes racists, homophobes, gangs, drugs, alcohol, and Church.
history. alexander is the son of jonathon and rebecca wills, being born december ninth in birmingham, alabama where he was raised for thirteen years. his father was a marine, though he was very kind and loving, even if he wasn't at home very often. his mother worked part time at the city library, which got alexander into books and literature. growing up, when his father was away on duty and his brother had not yet been born, alexander would go to work with his mom and spend his time sitting down in the kid's section, reading dr. seuss, although his favorite book was "brown bear, brown bear". by the time he was in fourth grade, he was laying on his back in the young adult's section, where he found his place until he was thirteen and his father got relocated a year after his brother christian's birth.
out of everything, moving to a new area where no one talked like he did and no one wore dusted blue jeans and flannels but baggy dark pants and leather jackets, no matter the temperature. though, he never changed his style, despite the fact he was picked on for a straight year about his "funny drawl" and "weird clothing"; that all stopped the moment everyone realized his talent in guitar and sports. in fact, no one would stop bugging him when he became the first freshman to make the varsity football team as the wide receiver and a starting center for the varsity basketball team. not that he didn't like the fact that he now had friends, he just didn't like the crowd.
"...god and his priests and his kings..."

"...all were waiting, all will wait, as they dance..."

"...all were waiting, all will wait, as they dance..."
despite the traumatic experience, alexander has remained optimistic and determined in his extracurricular events. instead, he took any excuse he could to get out of the house and away from his father whether it be going to parties, which would mostly consist of him either sitting on a couch and talking to himself since everyone else was either high or drunk, or he was dancing rather suggestively, just trying to forget about the man back home, getting groceries, studying at the library, or even driving over to the next town to fish or hunt during the appropriate seasons. but still, he was happy, especially when he went to parties that were stationed in the town over, where there was a lake they'd drive their trucks out to and they'd dance on the bed and swim and listen to music and grill hamburgers and such. those were the parties that reminded alexander of his home in alabama. now, his father doesn't live in the house, and while his parent's never divorced, they no longer see each other. instead, jonathon lives in a hotel on the outskirts of town.
- ʙ ʟ ᴏ ᴏ ᴅ ʟ ɪ ɴ ᴇ s
- family. his father is a retired marine by the name of jonathon alexander wills and his mother is a volunteer nurse at the county blood bank by the name of rebecca elena lee wills. his younger brother is a seven year old who will be going into first grade, name christian lee wills.
love life. alexander has dated a lot of girls during the past two years specifically, which is why he lost his virginity by the time he was sixteen. but, for the moment, he's single, and for a very specific reason. he's done going after girls for their beauty--he wants a good girl. he's not looking for permanent love but just a temporary partner that is committed to him. but for now, he'll stay single, and he's fine with that.
