- Shantelle brushed off the grass on her "uh there are two flashing neon colored signs that both say summer time, I want one placed behind the dj set and one above the doorway on the outside " she instructed opening up the back of her car she grabbed another bag of confetti and went to the back of her house and sprinkled some of the neon colored confetti in and aroun the pool and hottub, she placed rotating neon lights on the deck so it flashed in the pool and hot tubs she went inside and grabbed a stapler and the streamers and put it all around the living room celling she pushed all the furniture in the extra guest bedroom, she was waiting for caters, the balloons, the dj and the person who was going to install the dance floor in to come she put out the plastic cups, plates, bowls and utensils it was all sorts of neon colors she saw the caters had arrived she put the food out on a long table, she opened up the liquor cabnent she placed cups on a small round table below
