I finished my shift at the Bar, 'Yes!' I said to myself, I had the rest of the day free to do whatever I like! Smiling widely I grab my bag and slinging it over my shoulder I exit the Bar, pulling out the book I was reading at the moment. While I loved fantasy I also loved logic, I read a passage from the book passing the pool, I was engrossed in the book, with my glasses on my eyes scrolled over the pages while I avoided the splashing coming from the pool.

I saw a girl walk by out of the corner of my eye.She was engrossed in a book and the she seemed to be absorbing the book in way she was reading.I turned my head to watch her walk by, wondering who she was.I had not seen a girl reading a book since I got here.I put my book in my backpack that already had my passport,phone,earbuds,Gameboy,and 3DS.I pulled the back pack over my back and ran to catch up to the girl.I tapped her shoulder lightly to ask her what book she was reading.I quickly pulled my hand back to my side and slid it in one of my pockets.I did not want this giirl to see the scars.She looked a lot like Elise had.

I came close to slipping over, the cause being a small puddle of water created by the continues splashing coming from the water of the pool. I steady myself then flicking my hair out of my glasses I lower the book slightly so as to be more careful. I suddenly felt a gentle tap on my shoulder, even though it was gentle I was slightly started and I jumped slightly turning around to face a tall boy, well taller than me. Curse me and my slightly bellow average height self. My warm chocolate brown eyes landed on a boy with dark brown hair and pale green eyes. As i turned around to face him I closed the book, "Oh sorry." I say, apologising for jumping slightly when he had tapped my shoulder. I was quite surprised someone approached me. Especially someone male.

I furrowed my eyebrows, my forehead creasing. I relaxed my face again wondering why she was apologizing. She had done no wrong. I studied her face quietly and smiled gently at her. My green eyes shimmered slightly in the bright sun, as the rays found there way on to the cruise liner. I ran my hand through my hair quickly and looked at the book in the girl's grasp.Fiction or non-fiction? I read both.I bit the inside of my cheek at my stupid comment and almost ran off. I could not leave this girl though. She was to much like Elise. They could have been sisters. I rubbed the rough scars on my arms and tried to hide the fact they were there. It would be hard since I was just wearing a t-shirt and some cargo pants. I felt slightly odd wearing this t-shirt since it had a Espeon and Umbreon in the figure of a Yin Yang on the front. I hoped the girl would not think it was stupid. I wanted to be able to have a nice conversation with her.

My red lips were slightly curled upward, the smile noticeable but very small. My warm chocolate brown eyes skimmed over his face for a second. He looked like a nice person but I was curious as to what his question would be, then hearing his words a full pretty smile replaces the small one, "Well, today I'm reading a fiction. However I also have another book in my bag which is a non-fiction research book about the studies of animals. It's really good." I smile still however inside I was muttering to myself, 'Ok Amy, a simple fiction could have sufficed'

Josh wet his lips. "I mean, yeah, it's very fun and I would never trade my job for another one, but... Like, I have to stay up really late making playlists and making sure everything works and I have the queue points where I want them, and..." he trailed off, pausing for a moment to glance over her flawless skin. "And I do love it when I finally get to the club, but the rest of it... It gets pretty lonely."

One of the corners of his mouth raised in a grin. He opened his mouth to say something, but whatever he meant to say, it was quickly forgotten and he shut it again. Seconds later, the elevator doors slid open with a soft ding.

Fionna bit her lower lip and have a small giggle. she walked put of the elevator, then got another cold splash of air as she stepped out. she shivered again and crossed her arms for warmth. "my room is this way" she said, pointing to the right.

I felt my lips curl up into an smil and also felt my cheeks become a little heated.I knew I was blushing and looked down at my feet.I prefer non-fiction but I do like some fictions.Mainly the Sherlock Holmes Mysteries.It is amazing how Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is able to make the mystery flow.It keeps you on end.I looked back up feeling the heat subside my cheeks and thought to myself.Shut up Jackson.You are blabbering.Silence.I shuffled me feet slightly and looked at the girl.May I know your name?I almost slapped myself in the face feeling stupid and nosy but did not.That would have been more humiliating.I blinked,closing my eyelids, hiding the soft green orbs for a moment.I felt a soft breeze, run over my shoulders and I smiled a small amount more.

I couldn't help but blush gently, I could tell, my cheeks felt hot. His voice sounded deep, compared to my female voice of course. I listened to hum and my eyes lit up, I almost felt like squealing. I reply back, "I know! Conan Doyle can make anything sound like an amazing adventure. I never but the book down because of the suspense!" I then blushed, 'Calm down Amy, act cool.' Then snapping out of my thoughts I looked up to him. A small smile on my face, "I'm Amy." I say gently.

I smirked at Amy's explosion of happinrss when I brought up the author of the Sherlock Holmes books.I was happy to now someone else appreiciated a good book.I am Jackson, by the way.I smiled amazed she di not immediatly ask my name.It was nice.I should have let her offer up the information instead of prying.I readjusted my pack and took it off.I set it on the table and went through some of the seperate books I had.I pulled out an old book and handed it to Amy.The Valley of Fear.Have you read it?I looked at the worn book and yellowed pages.I had loved that book and had had it forever.
