He looks up quickly, seeing her wisper something to Kyra. He swallows hard and looks back down at his feet. Cody takes a few deep breaths then tries to greet Madiline. "Hi"

Madeline:
I hear Cody say hi to me "umm hey" I said looking at him.

He looks up and smiles nervously. Digging the toe of his sneaker in the gravel/dirt. He wanted to give her a compliment but wasn't sure where to start.

he stumbles over himself verbaly trying to put togesther a complement that doesn't sound lame but all that comes out is "you hair is long isn't it?" he turns bright red wishing there was a hole he could crawl into. He tries again this time its slightly better. though his eyes are firmly placed on the ground. "you have pretty eyes." he refuses to look up, figuring tnis couldn't have gone much worse.

"Thanks" i say brightly "You too I guess do guys have pretty eyes?" I ask knowing I sounded lame so I started blushing

"You guys have fun" I say "But not to much" I wink.

He looks desperatly after Kyra as she leaves. 'at least Madiline sounds nervous too' he thinks. He blushed deeper at the compliment. "naw .. my eyes are normal and boring brown..yours are a really pretty hazel." Cody looks up briefly then away again.

"Listen I don't wan to be here either" I say "let's just leave."
