Chance saw Realynn laying down, he walked over and sat next to her as she woke up. "Have a nice nap?" He asked, giving her a chance to sit up. He looked out on the water. He could see why she came out here today, there was a slight breeze, no clouds, the water looked beautiful. Chance turned his attention back to Realynn, waiting for her answer.

Rae sat up, and shrugged, " i guess... didn't know i was going to be sleeping at the beach today." She gave him a smile, " what's up?" She could sense it, she missed something.

Chance looked down, wondering if he should tell her of her earlier plans. He knew she hated it when he kept things like this from her, so he explained. "We had lunch plans today. But it's totally fine, no worries."

Rae ran a hand through her hair, and sighed, " so much for my lucky streak." She fell back on the towel, and closed her eyes, " sometimes i wonder, how much easier it would be if i didn't forget things." She admitted, softly.

Caden nodded, his eye color a deep chocolaty brown, like dark chocolate, perhaps, " i see. then you must be good, i'm impressed." He offered another faint smile. She was pretty, he noticed, right away. She had that natural kind of beauty, one in which isn't often seen much anymore, especially in people around his age.

I felt my cheeks grow a little hot, and I smiled to the boy. "Thanks," I say, "Well, I'll get out of your hair," I say. I hated to end the conversation, but I didn't want to bother him if Caden was here to be alone.

Caden realized that he wasn't sure he wanted her to go, " do you have to go so soon? i'm actually enjoying our conversation... i would understand if you have certain things to attend to." He took another sip of his beverage, moving slowly through the chilled coffee.

I didn't want to leave either, so I took a seat. "I guess I can stay a bit. I have a slow morning today," I said in my unique voice with a small grin.

Caden nodded, " me too..." He raised his right brow, " so then, i can tell your interested in horses, any other interests?" He asked, slightly tilting his head in that way of his.

Rae bit her lip, and admitted something else, " sometimes i wonder how hard this is for you.... if you'd be better without me." She spoke softly, because admitted it hurt a bit more than she expected.
