"I know, its just a mix of excitement and nervousness. I'm afraid that I'm not going to do this right." I say to him.

"not do what right? So far I think you are doing excellent." He asks her.

"Just everything. And its only been two days so far." I say gently. I let out a soft sigh.

"Two days of excitement and happiness..." I repeat in my mind for a moment after i say it out loud.

"True but still worrisome. Not super bad at all though. "I say absent mindedly.

"In some cases I was too. But look, we still have a beautiful you and a new family member." I pick up the (thing where u can hear if the baby is crying. forgot what it was called) and see a few bars of it moving. "She must be waking up."

I look and see that the baby monitor is going off. "Ill get her" I say with a smile. I slowly get up and make my way into.the nursery where I see Sadie is awake. "Hey baby girl" I say and pick her out of the crib.

I walk behind her and wait at the edge of the door. Looking at how the nursery turned out to be. "Your very lucky Sadie." I walk behind Kennedee.
