Name: Sorry, I don't tell people that. It's easier that way, safer too.

Gender: I'm a guy, and you're an idiot if you have to ask.
Nickname or alias( optional): Er, well, just remember I was eight when I chose a new name. And to an eight year old Solar sounds really cool. To a sixteen year old, it sounds stupid, which it is, so I've shortened it to Lars, which is a bit better.
Looks: Quite tall for his age, but a medium build, with slightly tanned skin, with brown hair, brown eyes... Pretty much an average looking guy. (Can't get pictures working sorry)
Personality: he cam be grumpy, cold and distant. Especially if he thinks you're annoying. If he doesn't like you, it will take a lot to change his mind, but at the same time if you're on his good side you have a friend who will always be there, no matter what.
History: he had an alcoholic mother and an absent father. He was mostly looked after by his older brother, and the two ran away together when the neglect turned to abuse. His brother got hit by a car, and Lars watched him die. He was on his own for a long time after that, scraping a living begging on the streets and avoiding police. Eventually he was picked up by Devinchy and is now with Fang.
Likes: well, uh, eating and sleeping are pretty good. Especially when you can do these in peace without having to look over your shoulder all the time.
Dislikes: police. Annoying people.
Fear: going back to being alone on the streets.
Crush: nope.
Dating: I'm not going to date if I don't even have a crush.

Looks: she is short and very thin due to all the neglect. She has straw coloured hair that she it messily so it hangs around her shoulders, and looks like it hasn't been brushed for a year, probably because it hasn't. She has quite tanned skin from all the time out in the Italian sun, and large, dark blue eyes. (Can't get pictures to work, sorry)
Personality: She's a bubbly, happy to lucky little kid who likes to talk with everyone and anyone.
History: she was an only child with parents who were addicts, meaning she was horribly neglected. She was beaten by her parents if she cried or complained since she was a little kid, but shortly after her seventh birthday her father started abusing her in pretty much every way a girl can be, despite her age. This makes her nervous about human contact, and is the reason she ran away. She now lives with Fang.
Likes:chatting. Being with people she likes. Chatting more.
Dislikes: being touched. If she's known you for a while and likes you a lot then she likes the comfort of contact, but there only a small number of people on this list, and she keeps everyone else at arms length.
Fear: having to go back to her parents.
Crush: no.
Dating: ew, no.
Other: She is a proper little street rat, she knows the city like the back of her hand, including every rooftop, and back alley. She is happy to use drainage pipes and other underground methods to get around too, though she tends to avoid the sewers, except in emergencies. She can use routes that no one knows about to get we're she wants to go quickly.

In the distance I can hear a clock toll. What time was it? It didn't matter, I was awake anyways. I moved myself slowly, carefully , out of the old bed. It was dirty and reused from when the building had been up and running. Sometimes it would get cold and it was easy to feel a little stiff. I stood, using the bed for support, and went over to my desk. I pulled a peice of paper from the right cupboard and picked up my only pencil and began writing absently. I had had a dream, one I wanted to write down if it was possible. I hoped it was leagable.

I walked down the hall and into the main room, humming as I did. I was in a decent mood and hoped today would be one of those good days. I did my daily checks, looking at the supplies we had in order to determine if we needed to go shopping or not. We were only low on soap, which was easy to get. They always had samples in the many shops, we just needed to stuff our pockets. But that would be for anyone who wanted to go.

The light from the sun hit my eyes, causeing me to roll over. I didn't want to wake up, not yet. Why should I have to? Here wants anything to do anyways besides tour Venice, and I had already done that. But I had to wake up, Vig kept pestering me. " up! Up! Get up!" I groan and roll over j to my pillow, hoping he'd go away.
