This is a school for the talented. People who can dance, sing, anything you can think of. You are in this school for a reason and thats because you have talent. A talent others may not have, or a talent people do have but you are better. You compete in compotitions. Many activities are arts related including: citywide performances in music, drama, and dance and arts related internships. PSAL sports include: soccer, volleyball, softball and basketball. Clubs include: cheerleading, gospel choir, newspaper and yearbook. The mission of Talent Unlimited High School is to: Create a caring school community, rich in the performing arts, that will allow each students to pursue personal dreams, utilizing specialized talents while meeting and surpassing academic standards; Foster an interdisciplinary approach to learning that will allow students to integrate the knowledge acquired through all disciplines; Ensure opportunities for students to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in school to real life situations in order to better understand the world around them, choose a meaningful career, and be prepared to meet life's challenges; Encourage all members of the school community to create a participatory atmosphere and share ideas, in order to address every day concerns and large school issues; Celebrate the arts, as we strive to become open minded, caring, moral individuals committed to make our world a better place.
