Raini rolled her eyes at the conversation going on next to her. She folded her arms across her chest and began to walk away when she tripped on a loose shoe lace. On her face. In front of everyone.

"Sweet cheeks?" she laughed, putting her hand on her hip. "It's Hadley Nicole, sweetheart. And don't forget that." She smirked back at him, then walked away just as quickly as she'd come, going and standing next to Scarlet. "For example," she told her. She watched as Raini tripped on her shoe. She jogged over to her. "You okay?" she asked kindly.

I winced, watching the girl fall. That had to hurt. "You okay?" Hadley asked her. I frowned as everyone snickered at her. "Ouch." I said aloud, walking over and extending my hand to help her up, if she needed help.

"I'm fine," she said slowly, pushing herself off the ground and dusting herself off. She met Hadley's gaze and said, "Thanks," with a small smile. Her jet black hair had almost completely fallen out of her messy bun, so she gathered it up and pushed it back into a high ponytail.

"No problem," Hadley said. She glared at a few of the girls who were laughing at her, and they instantly shut up. They knew that Hadley wasn't afraid of going off on them. "Do I need to go get coach?" she asked, turning back to Raini.

Dean chuckled at her comment. A couple of the others started laughing too though he ignored them. There wasn't much time left for this class anyway. He trailed off into the hall of the school and waited out the rest of the period.

"No, I'm all set," Raini had her eyes on the plastic Barbie dolls giggling at her with ever word she said, and as soon as she was done with her reply, she stormed off to the girls, who seemed confident and not afraid. Big mistake. She used her palm to smack one of the girls in the head, hard, causing her to tumble backwards. She turned around, a black expression written on her face, and went back to the two other girls. "If you're gonna play with fire than your probably gonna get burned."

Hadley looked at the ground, biting her lip. She felt the need to step in, but didn't. She knew the bell was about to ring, but the coaches were chatting away about baseball or something. "I'm going in," Hadley told Scarlet and began walking to the locker room.

Raini followed a few steps behind, making her way to the locker room. After changing into her Marina and the Diamonds tee shirt and gray leggings, she stepped out, jogging to her locker to get her book.

Dean hadn't bothered to change for gym so he didn't have to bother with changing back. He sat in the hall against the wall and watched the clock in the hall. He was counting the time til the final bell. There was still over three hours of school to drag on. Unless he got a call he had no reason to bail. He closed his eyes and leaned his head against the cold brick of the wall and waited.
