Personality:
He is an easy going kid. Even though he has the name of what most people call out to be, "Bad boy" griffin is not. He doesn't like to be bad and is actually nerdy like. He is very gentle with new people being around. He isn't all open at, but he will tell you small things about himself. He doesn't like to tell every secret in the book. Sadly, Griffin doesn't trust easily and that is something everyone is going to have to work with. It's because of his history that he refuses to go into detail about.
History:
Alright, let's start when he was first born. Griffin was the second child of Mae and Allen Smith. He had an older sister name, Camani Smith, only one year older than himself. He was born at a hospital down the road from where he lived. It was a family hospital and every member of the family had their children there. As he started growing he lived in a small, one story, dark red house. His parents were luckily still together and were going through a rough time. They had both gotten laid off from their jobs and didn't have much money in the back to support themselves and the kids. His parents refused to give up their children for adoption so they gave Griffin and his Sister Camani to their grandparents to live untill they were stable again. Griffin had no idea what their parents had gone through. It was so much, but his parents stuck side by side through it all. Mind you all this is happening just as Griffin and Camani start elementary school.

After the horrible years flashed by and Griffin's parents got their stuff together then Camani and Griffin moved back in with the two of them. This is where the sad part comes in, well for seven year old griffin it's sad. Mommy is pregnant again, but this time it's twins! That is tough for a young boy to just move back in with his parents and end up having two move siblings on the way. When the rough nine months were over, his parents realized they didn't have enough room for all four kids and themselves. So they did the unthinkable, they gave Griffin and Camani back to their grandparents. Refusing to give up their newborns or finding better paying jobs.

Griffin realized how much worse it could've been, but he didn't want to picture all of this. After Griffin got out he went back home to his grandparents and sister where they were cautios around him now. They always watched him silently and when he was in his room for a while, they'd check on him. Let's skip to when Griffin is about sixteen years of age. He finally grew the courage to go with Camani to see his younger siblings, Kyle and Angelina. They didn't speak to their parents the entire time unless they were asked about school or their grandparents. Griffin doesn't have much of a relationship with his younger siblings nor his parents. Asking him about this is not a good idea, he will blow it off get up and leave. Now Griffin lives alone in an apartment not far from his grandparent's house. So he can run there in any time he needs to.
