She slowly stood from where she sat on the white couch, turning off the TV and dropping the remote back down. She headed to the kitchen, rummaging through the cabinets for something to eat. Finding a box of granola bars, she took one out and peeled down the package, taking a bite. Yum, she thought with a smile. Annabelle adjusted her panda hoodie and opened the door, shouting, "I'm going out for a bit!" She stepped outside and closed the door, breathing in the cool autumn air. Fall was definitely her favorite season of all time. I mean, who wouldn't love fall? Halloween, pumpkin pie, pretty leaves, crisp cool weather, apple pie, harvest time, tea, scarves . . . Her list could go on and on forever. Annabelle skipped down the sidewalk, taking an occasional nibble of her granola bar. She headed towards the forest, a place she had been to many many times. She weaved between the trees, smiling at the fresh smell in the beautiful wooded area. She heard a rustling of leaves, saw a squirrel scamper by with its cheeks full of nuts. So cute! she thought with a squeal, giggling a bit. She, like her brother, softened in the presence of adorable animals, though she didn't show it much. Especially to others.

Jamie blinked his eyes open, tumbling out of the couch in his room. He checked the clock on his wall, and started freaking out. 4:30! Craaap! He thought. He had been taking a 'small nap' earlier . . . I guess it wasn't so small. Ooops. He heard his siter shout that she was gong out for a bit and sighed. He looked at his clothes - a white Jeffree Star t-shirt, a white kitten hoodie, black skinny jeans, and bright pink converse - that were thankfully, still clean. Thank god. Jamie rushed out of his room and into the kitchen for something to eat. he hadn't eaten since breakfast, and was quite hungry. He fixed himself a peanut butter sandwich and strode into the living room. The remote was thrown carelessly on the fluffy white couch, indicating that his sister had been watching TV earlier before she left. he settled on the furry black carpet as starry crawled over, settling in his lap. he stroked her grey fur with his long, pale fingers, switching on the TV to see that Doctor Who was on. He rolled his eyes and switched the channel to food network, where Cupcake Wars was playing. Yay! Jamie thought cheerfully, leaning back against the couch and getting comfortable, beig careful with Starry. They would be there for a while . . .
