"Hey, Terra! when we get home do you want to work on my garden?" Skylar said to her new child.

Terra said, "Ya!" Then she said, "Lets go!"

Skylar picked up Terra and put her in the back. She buckled her in to the car seat.

Terra saw three extra car seats in the back and asked, "What are those for?"

Skylar said, "its a surprise, Stay here." She walked back in to the adoption center.

"Okay girls we have to go pick up your new sister or sisters!" Acacia said smiling.
"Yay!" Nancy and Lucy cheered, they were begging for another sister.
By now Nancy and Lucy have been riding after Pre-K on Wednesdays and they also have been riding Sundays, they have a helpers hold the pony and trot and canter them around, they have even started going over small ground-poles.
"Okay here we go!" Acacia took them out of the carseats and put them on the pavement, she held their hands and walked them in.
She seated them in a chair. Acacia sat down with them.

"Hi there girls! How are you both! My name is Delana Lafayette Arc!" I told the twins. They looked at me quizzically. Quickly, I added "But you can call me Mommy, Mom, Laffi, Mama, Lana or anything else you want to... except Late For Dinner!" The girls nodded. I was pretty sure Zeline was the shyest one, and Lisette was more talkative. Let's go home, so then I can show you girls your room! They smiled.

The kind woman, Mama Laffi as I would be calling her, brought us into her car. We both sat in little car seats, and quietly sat the car ride to her house. Then, we pulled up to the largest, grandest house I'd ever seen!

"Wow, it's so big!!" I said to Mama Laffi and my twin, Zeline. Zeline nodded and mumbled a "Mmmmhmm". She was pretty quiet. We both scrurried inside and she showed us two rooms beside each other with a little door in between. One was pink and looked like a princess castle! The other was blue and looked like the ocean. I knew Zeline would want the blue, so I walked right into the pink one. It was beautiful!

"Can I have this room?" I mumbled. Miss Delana nodded and brought in my small suitcase. It had a picture of our parents inside it, as well as a little teddy bear I got when I first moved into the adoption place. My parents died in a car crash when I was little, and I barely knew them. All I remember is when Lisette and I went to the ocean with them. It was beautiful. I missed them.

"Girls, it's getting late! Time to go to bed! Here are your pajamas, go change in your rooms!" I said, handing them each pajamas. I hoped they enjoyed living with me.

Sophie opened the door to her black Audi. She had bought a car seat.
Laia sat down ontop of the seat.
Sophie buckled her in. "Is everything alright?"
Laia didn't react.
"Look, I don't want to take you with me if you don't want to come," Sophie fixed her gaze on Laia.
"I do want to come," Laia sounded firm.
Sophie sighed. "Thank you so much," she kissed Laia on the forehead. "I love you," she whispered.
Laia wrapped her arms around Sophie. "I love you too," she mumbled.
Sophie smiled at Laia before closing the cr door, and climbing in her own seat. "Do you want to listen to some music?" she asked, whilst starting up the engine.
"No thank you," Laia spoke quietly.
"Okay," Sophie turned off the radio for the drive home.
Laia twiddled her thumbs.

Sophie opened her house gates with a click of her button.
Laia gaped as the gates opened and she was driven up the long drive to a massive house.
Sophie's parents were in the music business-so, even though she wasn't working, she had a fair amount of money. She parked, and, after unbuckling herself, helped Laia get out of the car.
"Is this where you live?" Laia asked quietly,"All by yourself?"
"Of course I don't live by myself-silly!" Sophie took Laia's small bag out of the car, before shutting the doors and locking the car.
Laia looked confused as she gazed at Sophie.
"I live with you!" Sophie reminded her new-found child.
"What is your name?" Laia asked polietly, as they approached the large house.
Sophie felt guilty. Of course! she thought I haven't told her my name! "I'm Sophie, but you can call me Mum."
Laia nodded, smiling sweetly.
Sophie twisted the key in the lock. "Welcome to your new home," she said as she opened the door to a whole new life.
