Rosary whined softly, scooting closer to Sophie and giving the sleeve of her shirt a death grip. Alex, in the meantime, had pulled out a cold drink from his backpack and put it on his cheek. The room was spacious enough for the three. "I'll get us some food started." He said, getting up

Sophie nodded to him "ok, i will come and help then shes off to sleep" she said she looked down at her and smiled "its ok your safe now, no more being scared, i now how you feel, being locked in a room with nothing, you feel liek no one cares about you but thats all changed for the both of us , i have alex and you have us both" she whispered to her softly she nw how she was feeling then she was in a deep sleep she slowly moved and got up she waked into the kitchen and wrapped her arms around alexs from behind she put her head on hsi shoulder "great why to start going out" she said softly she looekd back over to the girl then up at his cheek she ran over to her bag and got out some cream and strted to gently put it on his cheek "i um now were only been together for a few hours but i feel like ive known you for years" she said and kissed then clean part of his cheek

Alex smiled, kissing her on her forehead. "I know. Having her around would test our parenting skills too." He flinched slightly, more over the cold of the icecream than the pain. He turned around, holding Sophie by her waist and looked down at her. "Once she gets back on her feet, prepare for a lot of action. She's a wild one." He said, glancing in the living room where Rosary dozed. "So, what do you want for dinner? IF there's one thing I learned in that house, it's how to cook, considering I was the only one who could."

Sophie looked up at hims he wraped her arms aorund hsi neck looking up at him "i dont know, what ever you want" she said then looked over at her smiling, she loved kids they made her smile and happy "maybe we could adpot her ourselfs" she asked looked up at him she didnt want her to go back or to got o a bad home, she wanted her to be safe with her and alex "wellt hats if you want too, i jsut want her to be safe" she said with a sigh

"And she's gonna be. With us." He kissed her head again, turning towards the oven and turning it on. "Lasagna it is!." He reached into one of the bags he had, pulling out the food he smuggled from the house. He had prepared on making lasagna sometime in their escape so he brought everything. Alex pulled down a pot and starting lining the lasagna pasta in it, covering with sauce, meat, and vegetables, and repeating the process.

Sophie smiled "yum" she said and giggled "i will start to unpack" she said and kissed hsi lightly before walked back intot he rooms he put the bags on the double bed and oepnend then getting out her lothes she walked over to the dresser and started to put away her bras and things then she tutned and walked over putting her tihngs in the closet !were are your clothes babe" she asked softly walking back over tot he bags
