James slowly laid mya right next to her. Payton was already in the room holding her hand with both of his and stroking it. His eyes were red signaling he was crying.

THe phone rings and theo stares at it, "you don't think he's calling back do you?"

Paige held th girl close staying quiet.

Hero was pinging on his guitar strings, trying to come up with some sort of tune to catch his interest. The park was relatively empty except for two children on the play set trying to catch one another. A stray dog barked, another ping of the guitar, children's laughter, another ping. Hero let out a long sigh and stabbed a hand through his black hair slightly frustrated.
