The doctor did what he had to do and took a picture, Isabella sat up as he was pointing stuff out, "Theres a head and theres another head, do you have twins in your family? because your having twins" he asked Isabella as he was pointing at the two little heads, Isabella looked at Austin and nodded, "Thanks" Isabella said getting her stuff and walking out of the hospital, She didn't really like hospitals.
(sorry I am about to go out that's why I am rushing lol)
