Hunter tried tearing into the deer, but she just pushed it with her fingers. "Help here?"

Luka followed her and asked softly, "What are you doing Jessica?"

Derek nodded and took Eliza upstairs to their room saying, "Alright pigeon, I'm going to give you some medicine to help you feel better."

Eliza nodded weakly. Despite the constant painful throbbing in her arm that made her stay awake, she was tired. She held a distant look in her eyes, lips in a straight line. She looked up at her father, as if she were a teenager getting a lecture she didn't care about, or had heard a million times; annoyed, bored, only half of slightly listening.

Kaiiyen began to clean up Eliza's room a little bit. Nothing too bad, just a few toys scattered on the bed that she didn't want there to be when Eliza is put down for rest.

Alice heard her father and Kaiiyen arrive. She found her father in his bedroom, talking to a very... Un-Eliza looking Eliza. "You found her! Where was she? Is she alright?? What happened to her???" She asked immediately, going over to the two.

Jayce laughed and lunged forward, using his muzzle to rip open the elk. He stepped back."Now can you do it???" he asked.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Luka asked softly.

Derek turned to Alice and said, "Whoa there, slow down Ally. She was with some people who found her in the woods. She'll be alright. Her arm is broken, but I've set the bone and I'm going to give her something for the pain. Any more questions?" He grinned with a chuckle as he headed towards the bathroom. He found some pain meds and broke a pill in half. Getting a cup of water, he headed back out and handed Eliza the cup saying, "Alright pigeon, I need you to swallow this pill and then drink all of your water, okay?"

"No. How long was she gone? Are there any other injuries? Was anything after her? Where did she end up? How far was that?" Alice continued to pepper her father with questions.

Eliza looked at the pill then up at her father. People reacted to shock in different ways. In Eliza's case, she was as stubborn as a donkey. The look she gave him simply said you expect too much.

Jessica didnt look up and continued to stuff items in the bag." I dont know." She stated with a grunt

Derek gave Alice a look that said, Not now please. Turning back to Eliza, he knelt and asked, "Please pigeon, can you do this for me?"

Luka remained silent and looked down at the floor.

Jessica zipped the bag up and hid it undet some cardboard. She then looked at Luka." What do you think?" She asked, taking her hair out of the braid.
