maybe you were skipping meals. maybe you were hiding your wrists.
maybe you were getting the living daylights beat out of you day after
day. whatever it was, you weren't happy.

✸__ exactly how spending your summer on a camping trip with other
"troubled youths" is supposed to make you happy, you haven't figured
out. but you don't have a choice, so you might as well live in the mo -
ment.

✸ literacy__this is a place for literate roleplayers. that means having a
firm grasp on the spelling and grammar rules of the english language. th -
at means a minimum of four hundred words per post. it won't be a problem
for you if you're literate. no excuses.
✸ characters__there will be a total of six characters. each member will pl -
ay a single character, unless we have some difficulty with finding enough
members. just make sure to make a character that is realistic and bel -
ievable. that means no mary-sue's or gary-stu's.
✸ profiles + posts__use your own profiles [ forms ] + post formats and be
sure to make them pleasing to the eye!
✸ reserves__private message me to reserve a character. be sure to include a
sample of your writing. i reserve the right to not let you join if i don't find
you to be literate enough. you have a day to claim a post for your profile   -
ter you're approved and a week to finish completing your profile.

✸ the bulimic__[ his name ] is an seventeen-year-old with the world at his fingertips. he's the quarterback of the high school football team and all the colleges in the area want to recruit him. he has all the friends and all the girls he'll ever need at his beck and call. but the pressure to be perfect in the eyes of his teammates and classmates is too much for him and he's developed severe bulimia. his parents noted his odd behavior and sent him on this camping trip to give him a change of scenery.

✸ the drinker__[ his name ] is a wildly out of control fifteen-year-old. he's in & out of trouble with the law and has been since he was a thirteen-year-old. it all started when his older brother, to whom he was very close, was shipped off to military school. his parents come from well-off families and their family names disgraced just wasn't going to be tolerated. it infuriated [ his name ] and he's been pushing his parents closer & closer to the edge since. he's taken up drinking as a coping method. not knowing what else to do, mommy and daddy dearest sent him off on this camping trip in hopes he'll straighten himself out.
