I get up myself and go outside into the training yard.

After a quick meal i go to training field and find Cowen there
"Cowen, good morning i know i said i wouldn't say sorry but if i offended you last night please forgive me"

"Not at all." I say still hammering away at the practice dummy sweat pouring down my face.

I sigh with relief
"Cowen how is your wound"

"Much better, as I'm sure you can see. My guess is that I'm battle ready. How's your head?"

"Well..." I rummage around in my pack, "Yesterday I had one of the castle blacksmiths, he owed me a favor, craft you," I pull a brown bundle out of the bag, "this. Open it."
