Jarrod was still blushing like crazy, his chubby cheeks where a dark pink and his deep dimples where showing too. A smile curled across his lips and he looked down at her brushing some of her soft silky hair from out of her eyes and behind her ear gently. "well… I've liked you since I moved here… I saw you walk past my house and saw you through my window…" he whispered softly to her. As he talked a small drop of red blood dripped down his chin and fell onto her cheek. He gasped quickly wiping it away with his finger. "sorry…" he whispered then pushed his glasses back up his nose because they where slipping off again as usual being to big for him.
Jarrod thought about her question for a second , the answer wasn't hard "of course we are... "he whispered puckering up his soft lips again and leaning down to kiss her lips again.

(Jarrod makes me crack up. His character. Haha and I don't really know how to respond but I will try. Writers block to the extreme. and Jarrod looks like pictures in his forum right? and could you include a photo(like a link). I am trying to picture him but can't)Cassie smiled and took his hand again. She pointed to the sunrise and gasped in how beautiful it was. She grabbed her camera and took a quick shot of the beautiful array. She turned to Jarrod and showed the picture to him. "What do you think about it?" Cassie went back to taking photos at different angles of the sunrise and smiled at how this day was going. She turned back to look at Jarrod, marveling at how he was finally hers. She shivered at how cold it was and glanced at her watch. Her parents would be waking up at any moment, but she didn't care. Once they saw her camera gone, they would know that she was out taking photos. She often did that in the morning. Cassie turned her gaze back on Jarrod and asked with a smile, "Would you like to get some coffee or some tea? I know a cafe just a couple of blocks from here." She jumped up and reached out her hand. "Come on! Let's go! I'll show you the way!"

I watch Ali's friend with the surfboard.. I hadn't been surfing in ages.. I turned my attention back to Ali, for the time being."Only a few months actually.." I respond. "We moved down here from Canada.." I shrug, looking at the fire again. I had only moved about a bazillion times, but not to another country.. It didn't feel like another country.. Canada was the same as just about anywhere else. "I think I like it here better though, its small and everyone friendly." I say. Everyone knew everyone. It was nice. I loved Canada but I sure don't miss the moose..

"What about you? Where are you from exactly?" I ask curiously, looking back at her.

Jarrod smiled at the picture and kissed her cheek gently leaving a small blood splotch again. He quickly wipe it away with his finger then took her hand "the pictures you take are always beautiful…" he whispered having seen her take them a lot. He stood up slowly wiping loose grass from his jeans before looking down at Cassie with a wide smile across his soft lips and his dimples showing in his chubby cheeks.
He gently pulled cassie to her feet and offered his other hand towards her to hold her camera. "would you like me to hold it?…" he asked in a normal voice, his shyness was fading away from the first time in three years… three years ago was when he moved here and didn't know anybody apart from his twin brother, but he totally ignores him all the time.

((Oh no no! It wasn't you making it hard! I am semi-lit too. Like paragraph. And I wasn't talking about that kind of hard, I just wanted a recent reference of what he looks like, which looks cute. xD Kinda hard to write when I am watching the office too. lol) "I would love to hold it." Cassie smiled at how adorable he was and intervened her fingers with his. She glanced over at the sunrise and glanced at him. Cassie took his arms and wrapped them around her. She shivered and cuddled up against him, her back pressing up against him. She had never felt as comfortable as she did now before. "Sorry, we'll go in a second, this is just a tradition of mine, to watch the sun come up." She looked up at him, her eyes scanning his face and his cut lip as he looked at the sunrise. It looked like it hurt. Her eyes then fell to his freckled cheeks and his lips. Cassie then looked up at his eyes and smiled. She was the most luckiest girl ever. She blushed when she realized that it slipped out before she could stop herself. Her cheeks turned bright red as she blushed, she glanced at the the sunrise before he could glance at her. Doing her best to hope he hadn't heard her, she tried to look like she didn't say anything. She was afraid of ruining anything and didn't open up easily.

Ali smiled at one of her friend's jokes. She had her hands casually held behind her back. She became somewhat glad she hadn't tugged around a purse. Those things could be lifesavers, but they were also a nuisance at times. Besides, it wasn't like her purse was far. It was under the passanger's seat of her mustang. All Ali needed was her car keys and her phone, which were in the pockets of the dress.
An elbow dug lightly into Ali's side. "Ali, look. Those boys are doing hand springs." Ali's eyes moved to the direction of which they were talking about. There was a small group of boys, similar to the group she had seen earlier. As has been said, they were doing both fast and smooth handsprings in the sand. The faint firelight outlined their figures.
One thing about Ali, was that she loved to show off. Ali's lips curled into a smile. Unfortunately, she was wearing a dress. She frowned and crossed her arms over her chest. "The first time I wear a dress in weeks and I can't show off." She grumbled, causing her friends to burst into laughter.
Ali's attention moved away from her group and to the bonfire. There were a few figures sitting there. Including two figures kissing. Ali quickly shook the image from her head. That was when she saw the dark hair. Griffin. So he had come.
Ali moved to him, sitting down on the lob beside him. She kept a foot or two of space between them. "You came." She said, a soft smile revealing two rows of white teeth.

Ali smiled and released a soft laugh. "I suppose I did." She agreed quietly. She dropped her hands into her lap and balanced her elbows on her neatly folded legs. She gazed into the blinding light of the orange fire until she couldnt stand it any longer. She blinked and pulled her gaze away, fighting the urge to get dizzy over the small orange dots that covered her vision.
Al inhaled the cool air. Despite being beside the fire, a small chill slipped down her back. Ali shivered, though, she wasn't cold. She reached up and repositioned the headband on her head.
She glanced at him. He hadnt been to one of these? That was strange. They weren't unusual around this area. In fact, there were often small bonfires going on almost every weekend. "Then you, my friend, haven't lived." She said, though, a smile hinted on her face.
"There's usually more to it. Sometimes people bring out fireworks, sometimes they bring.." She faded off as she watched a boy pass, holding a twelve pack. "Drinks."
Ali shifted on the log. It wasn't like she hadn't drunken before. She wasn't exactly an angel as a child. Her parents always thought she was, though. Only a little drink here and there. She was underage, or course, but rarely did cops show up at these bonfires. There was an occasion, though, where one came by just to 'hang'. Ali only remembered this because he had to ask some kid for a ride because he had a drink.
Ali felt a light nudge on her shoulder. She glanced up, not suprised to see the shining eyes of her friend. "If you need me, I'll be surfing by the dock." She said, a bold smile coming on her face.
Ali pursed her lips. "You still have that extra suit in your car, right? I might join you later."
Her friend nodded and bounded off, surfboard in hand. Ali turned back to Griffin. "So. How long have you been in Manteo?"

Ali smiled faintly. "Canada, huh? You'll have to tell me about that." Ali said. She moved her gaze to the glistening waves of the water. Orange firelight was visible on the water, even from this distance. She saw the faint images of surfers in the dull moonlight. She saw one of them pull up over the wave and twist the board. Obviously her friend. The girl had been surfing for years. Ali had gone a few times, but not daily.
Ali merely nodded her head in agreement. She glanced at him briefly. "I grew up in America. Boring old USA. I lived faintly in Nebraska, before my parents got sick of the constant wind and moved to Maine. I got sick of my family and moved here, to Manteo." Ali smiled. It was cruel, but true. Her parents had always been pestering her to do something good with her life, so she did. She followed her dream of dancing and gymnastics and moved to Manteo, where a good dance studio stood and a good gymnastics club was located. Aparently, moving away wasn't part of their plan. Sometimes she missed the open land, but she wouldn't ever leave Manteo. Not anytime soon, anyway.

Haha ok, as u said its hard being literate if your actually semi lit, and btw I make my posts from around 10:00 pm to 5:00 am so I get tired.)

" No problem." Zac returned the smile, and followed her out of the building.
" Do you have anywhere in particular you want to go?" he asked, checking the timeon his iPhone to see when his shift at Starbucks would start. Still quite a while. After putting his phone back into his pocket, he turned and looked over at Rylle, who was just being a quiet sort of person. To be honest, Zac imagined Rylle more outgoing, and fun, but she was still the girl Zac really liked.
" I heard there was a bonfire event today." he pointed out, starting to walk alongside Rylle, not really knowing where he was going.
