Mathis rolled his eyes at Cruz at said. "Oh please, I said 'hi' first." He said, chuckling at her comment. "Oh well, it's worth the conversation." Mathis said to Sandy. "I'm Mathis by the way."

Cruz rolled his eyes and then turned to Sandy. "Hey. I'm Cruz." He grinned.

Rainy smiled as the bell rang. She grabbed her stuff and walked out, looking around for Riley.

Riley saw Rainy for a split second between the crowd. She reached her hand up as she tried to reach her. "Hey! Here!" she shouted, hoping Rainy would hear.

Rainy heard Riley and saw her hand, making her way through the crowd over to her.

"Hey! You still able to make it?" Riley asked.

Rainy nodded. "Yeah."

Riley smiled. "Great! No one else is going to be at my house so we can do whatever we want. But my dad will be back at 6:30 or 7:00. What do you want to do?" she asked, heading for her locker.

Rainy smiled back and shrugged. "No clue."
