When Henry caught the scowl on Elena's face, he wasn't sure whether to broaden his grin in an attempt to gain some forgiveness from her or to just let his grin fall, which it almost had. Instead of either of the two happening very brashly, his grin only slowly began to fade as he watched Elena lower her head and close her eyes. He only looked up at her to watch Zora as she approached, gently reaching her head out to graze Elena with her muzzle. He smiled faintly at the gesture, his eye returning to Elena as she turned to face the mare again. He watched as Elena walked around the space within the pen, Zora following her until she stopped in the middle of the pen. When Elena spoke to him, he nearly busted into laughter. He had definitely been caught, but he managed to just let another broad grin stretch across his face. "No problem," he assured, simply climbing over the fence and lowering himself tentatively into the pen as not to startle the mare. He walked to the middle of the pen casually to meet Elena, making sure to seem of no threat to Zora.
(( Okay, I have no experience whatsoever with horses so, bare with me until this is over. xD. ))
