Kingdom Of Love

You have been living in the land of Kingdom Of Love your whole life and haven't very much cared about the Royals. Untill one day when the war broke out and everyone is either killed or badly hurt. You wake up in the ashes of the houses that once stood strong and stiff. You look around and see the castle, it's just about fallen down. Some of it's on fire and the rest is crumpled down. You look around for someone else but you can't see anyone, yet.

I lived with my mother and younger sister. We were considered poor but I made sure that they were fed and healthy. But sadly they both died in the war. I saw my sister brutly(sorry but i dont know how to spell it) murdered. And I swore to her that I will revenge her.

History(before the war):
I was a princess who was soon to rule the land of Love. I would sneak out whenever I could to go out in to woods and find the baby fawm whom I had intrusted. I cared for him and he cared for me.

I enjoy some fun, though not all the time. I tend to take things rather seriously. I guess I'm insecure, but I hide it as best I can.
History(before the war):
I lived down in the slums, very little to eat, I had run away when I was ten, and lived on my own ever since, though it's been very hard. During the war, I happened to be able to find some weapons which I was able to teach myself how to use, but I'm by no means proficient.

Parents, but they weren't exactly able to look after me, so I left.

Personality:
Kara thinks with her nerve endings. She not only wears her heart on her sleeve, she'll throw it at you if you're not paying attention. A rule-breaker by nature and a h*ll-raiser by preference, she nevertheless not only respects, but reveres the traditions and customs of the military service. Few things are guaranteed to bring a tear to her eye more than hearing the kingdom anthem and watching the flag go up the halyard.

She is proud of her uniform, proud of her place in the long tradition of soldiers who've gone before, and is politically conservative to the point of being almost reactionary. She's also loyal to a fault, and fiercely protective of her friends and family.

When things are good for Kara, you'll know it, because she'll be neatly in uniform, but Kara does not live a life full of good times...That being said, she does go through h*ll. A lot. Sometimes things get overwhelming for her, and you realize that watching strong people break down is worse than anything. And sometimes she takes all the h*ll she's getting from the world and channels it into her gun. Which is no less scary than watching her break down, especially because her skills of discriminating need-to-kill vs. want-to-kill kind of deteriorate. But if you're on her side...well, it is hard not to cheer when she starts taking people out with one shot.

It's a shame, but Kara's sweet moments often lead to trauma and heartbreak. She has been lied to, cheated on, abused, and betrayed the few times she has ever opened her heart to someone, and this has led her to become hardened, calloused, and, as some would say, out right mean at times.

Personality:
Lee Adama has his father's strength of character and a virtually inviolable code of ethics. He can be stubborn and difficult, often drives his men too hard and himself even harder. He rarely gives anyone a break and never gives himself one. From his mother, he's inherited a secret love of cooking and food, which he indulges whenever he can, the rigid pilot finding an out to let his creative juices flow only in a kitchen filled with steaming pots and pans.
He's a young man with a lot of anger, a lot of resentments and a lot of frustrations who knows not what to do with them. But he's also a fair and decent human being whose deeply felt sense of right and wrong have kept him afloat when so many around him have sunk. He's the kind of man few would call friend, but many would follow into the jaws of h*ll. He is his father's son.
History(before the war):
He mostly grew up on the streets, as his mother was usually at work. He joined a group of troublemakers at age 13, where he learned to fight and uncovered his natural ability to pinpoint his opponents weakness and exploit it for his own benefit. He became a master of street fighting by the time he turned 15. Many feared to fight him because of his strength and tactics, as no one had figured out how to find his weakness. Although he had a "promising" future as a street fighter, Lee didn't want that kind of life. Eventually, he left the gang and moved to a different part of the kingdom with his mother and younger sister. It was here that they started a new, semi-peaceful life. Lee still had the tenancy to get in a fight every now and again, but tried to keep it in check for his mother's sake. Because of his capabilities, Lee became a warrior in the service of the king.

He'd been off-duty and asleep in his family's wheat field when the attack happened, so he wasn't able to defend the castle. During the war, Lee's mother was viciously slaughtered before his eyes along with his sister. --wip
