Asher froze up. Where did he come from.. Asher hadn't wanted anything to connect him to where he used to live. He wanted to leave it in the past, with all of the things that were much better forgotten. But if he didn't want to tell the truth, then he'd have to lie, and Asher never had been a good liar. He sighed in defeat. "Georgia."
Dustin nodded slowly. "Georgia, huh?" He rubbed his chin between his thumb and pointer thoughtfully. His gaze drifted pass the boy and shifted, searching. "There should be some other kids around here somewhere..." He mused, returning his gaze back to Asher. "You plan on staying, yes? You'll need a place to stay..." He sighed, knitting his eyebrows and looking around the houses.
"I suppose the orphanage will do for now. We'll have to set something up later." He nodded once, looking to the town hall. "There's a woman there who'll help you out, I believe. Last I heard she was making something for dinner, so if you're hungry...." Dustin shrugged, shoving his hands into his pockets. "Did you see it on the way in? Big white building. Pillars. Can't miss it, really."
