As Cat made her way in she looked at Jake smiling softly. Then her attention turned to a pull up bar. She walked up to it and grabbed it doing pull ups with ease. As she dropped she pulled her hair into a messy bun stepping into the yoga room and turning the stereo to her iPod and she did a Routine. She believed that dance was an amazing exercise. Especially how she danced.

Jake
He looked at her outside in the hallway and walked in to practice his dance "Your great at dancing." He said taking off his shirt into his costume he wore his hat over his face then started dancing hip-hop he threw off his hat then started doing backflips until he fell on the ground hurting his leg

Courtney
She her a loud bang and ran into the room to see her brother on the floor "What happened?" HSe said softly

The girl rushed over quickly. "Oh. You shouldn't attempt things you are still working at." She assumed. Cat helped him and looked at his leg. She slowly straightened the leg to see what was wrong.

He made a loud noise as it hurt very badly "I know how to do it I had been dancing since I was 4 years old and did backflips since I was 6." He said looking at his sister

She looked at the girl "DO you know what happened?" her accent going away for a slight second
