Kay finally finished combing the tangles out and she walked over to her room to get dressed. After 15 minutes of looking for something half way decent she finally decided on a loose white shirt and ripped, faded skinny jeans. Grabbing her phone from the counter she headed down to the kitchen. She grabbed a piece of toast on the way out, she decided she was just going to take a walk, maybe down to the pond. She wanted to see the sun rise.

Zayn looked in the mirror. Those late nights sure were catching up with him. He combed the tangles out of his hair, and decided not to do anything with it today, just leave it down.

Kay finally reached the pond ten minutes later. She sat coss leged on the edge of the water and wated it lap up gently next to her leg. The warm red sun set shone above the water line and made her hair glow a deeper red then normal.

Zayn quickly changed into a white tee shirt and blue jeans before putting on his beloved varsity jacket. He decided he would leave early, just to see if Kay had arrived yet.

Kay sat there watching the glowing sin rise on the shore, unsure of what to do next.

Zayn put on his red high-top Nikes and headed out the door, cellphone in his pocket.
