Zayn nodded and shuddered once. "Yeah sure. I'm freezing." He said, starting to swim to the edge of the lake.

Kay followed and pulled herself up the boards of the pier. She ignored the snickers of thw pink chicks in te corner and ran her fingers through her dark red wet hair.a shivver went tjrpugh her spinw reminding her of how chilly it really was outside.

Zayn got on the pier after Kay, and saw her shiver. He smiled and gave her a hug from behind. "I'm cold!" he said, flicking his wet hair out of his face.

"Zyan!" exclaimed a startled Kay "Your like ice!"

"Cause I'm cold!" Zayn replied, a bit of a whine added to his voice.

Kay made a face, then she smiled "Come on lets go to my house then we can change okay?" she talked to him as if he was apuppy and patted his head.

Zayn stuck out his tongue, then nodded. "Alright." He said, shrugging.

Kay smiled "Good" she started down the street back to her house. when they got home her mom was in the kitxhen, she came down the hall to great them. When she saw what they look lile she threw them towels and instructed them to sit outside till they were dry.

Zayn caught the towel Kay's mom threw at him, and set it on his head. "Are we going outside, then?" He asked.
