You and a few of your best friends, people you've known since you were a baby, go on a trip to an island hidden under constant clouds. A weekend away from civilization and the stress it brings is what you all need but is it really the best idea? The knowledge that this place once belonged to a dog compound isn't new to you, nor is the knowledge that it is now abandoned. The fun and relaxation that was planned for everyone soon turns into a fight for your life. Most dogs were put down but many somehow escaped. The escapees are now attacking you, aiming to either kill you or run you off. The Breed, as you've all decided to call the vicious pack of dogs, will stop at nothing to make you leave their home.
About "The Breed"
The breed are a pack of genetically enhanced dogs. In a place known as "The Facility", these dogs were trained to become attack dogs. After the vigorous training, the dogs were injected with the X186 compound. The compound enhanced the dogs' vision, hearing, smell, speed, and strength. The people in the facility thought dogs were dumb; Thought they couldn't think or plan. The compound. . .Well, it changed all of that. Soon after it was injected, the dogs showed signs of being able to think, plan, and understand human language. The humans knew that they'd created something unnatural and now had to destroy it. The dogs caught on to what the humans were planning and attacked. Four dozen dogs and three dozen humans resided in this facility, but after the attack only two dozen dogs remained. The dogs, not wanting to spend their life in the facility, created a way out and escaped into the wild. Their trust and loved they held for the humans soon vanished and morphed into distrust and hate. Claiming the island as theirs, they vowed to kill any human that entered their lands. Now that you and your friends have entered their lands they are on full alert. Their only priority is to kill the predators that once threatened them; To kill the humans.
