The house of night is your new home..............
Your at school chatting with your friend in front of your locker. When you notice a man in a black hoodie and shades. His hand raises pointing at you, you suddenly get a major headache. You face the floor quickly, then look back up and he's gone!?!? You hear your friend gasp, and watch them back away slowly. "Uh i have to go" is all they say before bolting down the hall. Your confused, then look in the mirror or the screen on your phone, and see the shape of a crescent moon on your forehead. You gasp and your hand flies up rubbing it hoping it's not real. But it is you have been marked! You wander down the hall and outside, to get to your house to talk with your parents. But a gut feeling tells you that they wouldn't understand. So you decide to some on who would understand and not go all crazy on you. You get in your car and drive to the one place you feel safe, your grandparents place. You get there and knock on the door, and see note telling you that they are out back. As you make your way to where they are, you start to feel a bit dizzy. And end up passing out and hitting your head on a root.
When you wake up, your in a room on a bed. As you open your eyes a voice say's, "how are you feeling?" You are to stunned by the beauty of the woman in front of you to answer. "i'm neferet your high priestess" she says with a sweet and warming smile. "hey, uh good" is your answer. "The House Of Night is your new home. See us vampyre's, and fledglings can't stand the sun, so our hours are switched up. The humans nights are our day's, and their day's are our nights. Fledglings are aloud to leave but only for three hours. And if their not back before three hours, your body will begin to reject the change and you could die. If your body does accept the change and you become a full vampyre.
