Opening Act is a new television series. It sounds basically like what it's titled. A group of 'big' names in the music industry group together to find a touring artist or group an opening act. They browse YouTube and pick out a lucky act to open a single concert for a big name.

Recently, a band consisting of five small town girls was selected from multiple talents that where viewed in the search to open a concert. The girls call themselves Sailing Venus. It was unclear exactly who the band would be opening for, but it was clear they needed to opening for someone. After a long while, it was finally decided Sailing Venus would be opening for none other than the five boys from the Btitish/Irish boy band One Direction. It worked perfectly, really. One Direction was heading out to begin a new North America tour, so the girls where allowed to open up their first concert in Florida.

Despite the nerves, the opening went amazing, and people seemed to enjoy the girls' performance. The girls moved back to the dressing room to celebrate, and got quiet the shock when the five boys popped through the door. Maybe things weren't over for the girls after all. You all where actually invited to open for the remainder of the tour. Well, congratulations!

Why hello, there. My name is Anais Caidence Eanet. A pretty all-over-the-place name, if you questioned me. None of it really fits, it sounds like three first names thrown together in my opinion. So, let me explain where everything comes from before I go any further. When my mum and dad where trying to decide on a name for the baby, they where always butting heads. Dad obviously was the one who was coming up with the less creative names, quiet bland and original ones, such as Eleanor, or Elizabeth. My mum was, and still is the more creative one. Always contributing more unique names into the baby name haul, for example, one of them being Anais. My dad was a little skeptical about the name, according to mum he was afraid he'd forget how to pronounce it, and others wouldn't know how. My father seems to be the one to stay inside of the box more, this being where such worries like that would come from. FInally, when it came down to a first name for the newest addition to the Eaten family, the draw was tyed between Anais and Hadley. My older brother ended up being the one to break the tye, and voted for Anais, which is how that name ended on the first blank on my birth certificate. Caidence was yet again a name that came after a bit of feud betwen my mum and dad - by the way, in case it's not already easy enough to tell, they always butt heads. Anywho, mum wanted my middle name to be Janet, and dad wanted it to be Caidence. Janet comes from my mothers side of the family, and Caidence came from my father's great grandpa. Yes, weird I was named after a male individual, but I don't mind. In the end, my dad won, and the middle name Caidence was bestown upon me. Last but not least, the only name that didn't cause some type of argument between my family. My last name is Eanet, and beings my parents are married it was automatically a name I would carry, wether I be a boy or girl. You pronounce my name " Ann - eye - es ". But beings most find it difficult to read off, pronounce, and sometimes even remember, I don't mind being called Anna. I'm used to most calling me that anyways, I really only ever expect my family to call me by my full first name. " Kayd - ance ", is the prononciation of my middle name. I quiet like it, actually, but it could just be me.... Lastly, Eanet. No, not like "I've just eaten a sandwhich." It's quiet an old joke as well, so if you try and pull it expect me not to laugh. " In-it " is the correct way to say it, it's just spelled quiet different.


I am eightteen now. I arrived during the early morning on the day of December 23rd. If your a little slow with numbers, that means I was born in the year of 1994. I was an early Christmas present, surprise! I was premature, and I was a complicated baby. I would actually forget to breath, so I was in the hospital for quiet a while before I actually got to go home. After the doctor removed me from the room to clean me up, they didn't return me as fast as they usually do, so my dad decided to walk down to the infantry. When he got there, he saw a few doctors and nurses around one of the newborns and plugging her up to a machine - that baby was me. Yeah, that's actually how I got the large scar across the top of my left foot. I had an IV in, and my vein popped. Every time my birthday comes around about three different people recite the story to me, and it sort of gets old, but I like to think I'm a survivor sometimes.. is that as weird as it sounds or....?

I'm a pretty normal looking person. I mean, definitely no supermodel. I probably stand about 5'4 when I'm standing upright. I'm obviously not the tallest, and I'm reminded of it often, I'd prefer you didn't do the same.I'm satisfied with it, I mean, as long as I can reach the top shelf in a market. Honestly I still can't even do that without standing on my toes. Anyways- I'm slender Not deathly skinny, where you can't sit there and count my ribs, though. Weight wise, I'm not completely sure. I don't own a scale or anything, so what the doctor tells me is what I go by. Last time I went I think my weight was maybe 127 lbs. Right there on the borderline of being 130. No, I don't starve myself. I just have a very high metabolism, making it really hard for me to gain any type of weight. I guess my shape is alright. I mean, I'm no Niki Minaj, but I'm not a straight line. Hair-wise, I have dirty blonde hair. Probably a set of hair no girl would want. It's quiet thick, and pretty wavy. When the humidity is high it'll frizz, something girls despise. I guess I'm used to it though, so I'm fine with taming it every day. It's somewhat long, falling near the middle of my upper back, and when straight, a little farther down.I have light green eyes, which have flecks of gray and brown. Dark, thick eyelashes defining them. My skin is a fair complexion. I'm not ghostly white, but I'm not a beach tan. For peircings and tattoos, I only have my ears pierced, once in each lobe. They where done when I was little, explaining why I even have them. No tattoos, as I absolutely hate needles. I try and stray away from them any times it's possible. Yeah, I'm not doing to well at describing myself. If you want to know what I look like shouldn't you just look at me?

Anais isn't a social butterfly right off the bat. The girl is actually shy when you first meet her. She probably has short answers, and doesn't tend to make long eye contact. Don't be offended by it, though. It won't take the brunette a long time before she begins to open up. After Ana is talking to you, it's not hard to tell she is actually a social person. It's not hard to hold conversation with her at all. Not that she talks a lot or anything, but she speaks her mind. Usually even if she's afraid to tell you something it'd slip from her mouth at some point.
Smart is another word for the girl. She definitely isn't dumb. Yes- she had friends, no, she didn't live with her face shoved in books, but she knew education was something that was necessary. No matter how annoying school could have been, it was something needed, and actually even quiet a privilege to even get. Flying through each subject wasn't something she was able to do, though. Algebra and such being her worst subjects. No matter how much studying the girl did it never stuck. English, world history, and biology being on the better side. Call her a nerd if you want, but it's better to be a nerd than to work at McDonalds all your life. Would you like large fries with that? Ana is a sweet person in general. It almost appears as if there is no sour bone in her body. Anais is the one who doesn't care about where you came from, or what you look like. As long as your nice to her then you'll get it in return. She's the person who will be there for you through your ups and downs.Just because she's sweet doesn't mean you can take advantage of her. The girl is highly aware of it when you try. When she's mad you'll be able to tell, and there is no doubt about it. It depends all on what the situation was to how she'd handle it, but sticking up for herself is something she's never afraid to do. Anais is a softy. It's easy to make her cry. She's often always vulnerable. Yelling at her would probably result in her crying. It hurts her feelings, something that's easy to do. Criticism isn't something she can take easily. If someone says they hate her, she wants to know why. It's not fare to hate someone without a reason. Being the type who can brush off the criticism and keep going is something she has always wanted to be able to do, but she just isn't the type of person.
The girl will happily admit she is a dork. Even though she knows Santa isn't real, it's fun to have a little imagination. So yes, she still makes cookies and makes them disappear before morning. She still watches Disney Pixar movies. There is no reason to stop just because your eighteen... Ana is mature, a bit of an over-thinker at times, and sometimes a worrier, but she isn't one to rain on a parade. The girl doesn't drink, but it won't stop her from having a good time at a party. She's silly, and yes, if your playing around she'll play along. Being Negative Nelly is not in her intentions at all. You want to ride tricycles through Walmart? She probably wouldn't hesitate. For crying out loud, she's eighteen, not your mother.

Are you ready for this? I'm the proud mum of a very fat cat whoes name is Frank. You know, like Frank Ocean? I got him when he was a kitten from a woman who lived next door to us when I was sixteen. Her cat got out of the house one day and ended up pregnant. He's a pretty lazy fella, just sits around unless he's eating. I guess that could be a reason why he's so fat, though..
