"Hey." I said, not warmly but not coldly. "Sooo...everything good?" I asked lamely. I had no idea what to say to her. We weren't friends, we only knew each other from fights. But then again, she was a girl just trying to survive in a gang, just like me.

Roxie~ She walks past a gang and heads to her apartment and goes and gets her camera. She walks backs out and runs to the area and snaps pictures of the birds with her camera. "I love NYC.' She smiles to herself

Katrina headed to the old store on the edge of the market place and left a few moments later. She was glad to have already ave sold off her loot and started heading down the road. She slipped into the pet store and bought a bag of puppy food and left with a smile on her face. She couldn't wait to get home to Kenzie who was always patiently waiting for her. Not many ever got to see the softer side of Katrina that came out whenever she was wish her puppy.

"Yes, everything's fine." Willow replied, her voice even. She was such a good liar that Echo couldn't tell she was lying and that everything was far from 'fine'.

I gave a slow nod and blinked. I guess I believed her. It didn't sound like she was lying, but then again it's hard for a gang to be perfectly fine. "Good." I said. "Us too." I said evenly.

"That's good." Willow kept her voice even. "I saw Beckham fighting today....He won some good cash." She said, watching Echo's expression as she told her about one of Echo's fellow gang members. "I also talked to Will." She causally mentioned the gang leader, again watching for a reaction from Echo.

"To Will? What about?" It was hard to believe that they sat and talked. Like I said before, we weren't enemies, it was just...strangely unusual for them to be talking. I kept my face blank though. I didn't say so, but I thought my bro Beckham was a good fighter too. I'd learned to fight by secretly copying him when Broken Knives took me in. I'd known how to do basic stuff from my dad, but I got more advanced from Beckham.
