Peace. Its funny how this word can mean so much when used in context with its surroundings. Yes if you were wondering i am feeling peace. I mean why wouldnt i?.. Im in my comfort zone of the hot sand and warm Pacific salty water. Yes. this is what i call home. And yes.. this is where i feel peace.. and complete an udder joy. I was born to ride these waves, and get salty water in my eyes.. Its in my blood. Everytime i step foot of the beach i feel.. theres that word again.. Peace. I love it.. more than anything. I swear, God meant for me to be a mermaid.. but i accidentally became a human..Hm oh well. Anyway as i stand up and stretch i look out into the sea, watching the Whitecaps roll in. And im itching to go in the water..

I sat on the beach with Sarabi and Daemon, singing 'La La Land Machine' as I waited for Alex to get up so that we could go surfing. I heard the screen door to our house open, so I turned to see if it was Alex, but it was just Maya, getting ready to spend the day swimming with Cameron and Arianna. "Have a good time, Little One." I smiled, calling her by the nickname we'd used ever since she was born. The petite 13-year old rolled her eyes, muttering a 'yeah' before taking off down the beach to catch up with Cam and Ari.

Ah, another great day.I adore days like these. Staring up at the sky and enjoying the sun. Relief circulated around my body. My father was coming to visit me, but of course, I'm not too fond In seeing him. I glanced around the beach and let out a chuckle when a cute Husky tackled a tall guy with blonde hair. Giving my phone a quick look, It said four missed calls from Dad. I let out a breath and layer back down on my lavender towel, drinking my strawberry Mango smoothie.

Just as my eyes find the perfect spot where i could catch some pretty fantastic waves.. my attention is averted to something else. As my hands comb through my blonde hair i look over to see a dog, barking at a teenage guy around my age. Im not gonna lie.. Hes as kind of cute.. But im way out of my mind here.Anyway. As my blue eyes fix on the guy i realize that my whole body has turned towards him.. I quickly looked down at the sand my cheeks glowing bright red from a blush. What the Heck.. you've already embarresed yourself enough by staring at him like he was a celebrity.. Just go say hi already! i thought to myself. Slowly i began to walk towards the teenage guy; Everystep my feet sinking deeper in the sand. As i approached him i tucked a blonde strand of my hair behind my ear innocently. Uh.. Errm. Hi Im Audrey.. i say trying to collect every muster of confidence i have to speak to this guy. As i wait for a response my blonde hair blows back in the breeze and my feet begin shifting in the sand.. The HOT sand..
