Nala the pup

I raised my muzzle to the sky and howling, howling for my mom, howling to the heavens, and howling for anyone that was around. I was tired of being alone, I just wanted a friend. I stopped howling and looking at the sky "mom why did you leave me? Why was I so stupid to talk to that wolf? I wish you were here with me right now" A tear fell from my eye. I walked to a stream looking at my reflection, "wow I look like a mud ball" I laughed at my joke. I walked into the water, trying to get some of the mud off.
