Physically - Parents divorced while he was at the age of nine. He believed it to be his fault and constantly was crying and having nightmares from it. As he got older he understood that he wasn't at fault. His mother and himself moved to the US as she looked to start over with her son. That's basically it as far as this part goes. "Yeah.. Academically - He's a great student who gets the work done. If there is a long-term project assigned he's the one to get it done and over with.
