Emmy stared at him. "Y-you are?" She scooted over to him and hugged him. "How? Why? Or unless you feel uncomfortable." She said into his shoulder.

He blushed a little, but didn't react further. " Well, I ran away from my parents when I was... five? Anyways, I ended up hitchiking until I got here.. it took a while to get from California to here. Since then, I've been stealing food and other things. "

She looked up at him, noticing he was blushing she mentally giggled, but kept it all serious. "If you want, I mean, I can ask my...nevermind. I would be killed if I asked my dad if you could move in. Where do you live now?" She asked resting her head on his shoulder, still hugging him.
