Alexa

Flashing a smile and a small wave to her father, Alexa snapped a leash onto the ecstatic dogs coller at her feet and hurried out the door before he could stop her. He was a solem man, rude but truthful, and she didn't feel like dealing with that right now. She was in a good mood for once.

I shoved my feet into a pair of shoes and wandered outside. I glanced over my shoulder and stared at my house for a few moments, just standing still before I shook my head and started walking away.. I shoved my hands into my pockets as I moved down the street. I was going to the only coffee place I knew of around here, even though it was pretty late. I'd often thought that it was the only one. The only reason I was going so late was because I needed to get out of the house, and I wasn't sure I was actually going to get anything. I had a pair of headphones on, and I was humming along to a song that I couldn't remember the name of. I was too lazy to check, but I knew that it was by either Styx or Queen. For some reason I always got those two confused.

Shane sat out on the porch scrolling through messages he replied to but never got any answers. He got up bored out of his mind and started walking down the street. As he headed down many streets of closed stores at this time of night, he saw lights on in a coffee shop. "Wow. Still open." He said and walked up to the door he pulled open the door and walked in. Seeing only one guy. He took a seat on the other side of the room and pulled out his phone again looking for new messages.

Alexa

Dog and owner walked along for awhile, Coax sniffing out the perfect place to releave herself. Upon finding it, she stoped and did her business on an unfortunet, unsespecting tree. Alexa shook her head, looking away to give the dog some privecy. "Why do dogs have to pee? All of our lives would be so much easier if you dident'. Tree included." She said, not expecting a reply. Meh, it was rare she got one from anyone anyway.

I bit the inside of my cheek lightly and walked into the coffee place. I walked up to the counter and stood there for a second or two before I realized that I really didn't want anything. I was glad there wasn't anyone behind the counter, and I walked away from it and sat down in the first chair I saw. I didn't realize that there were other people in here, though, and when I saw someone else, I was a little bit surprised. I thought I was the only person who came here this late. I was tempted to go talk to the only other person I saw, but I didn't want to go up to a random guy and start talking. I was weird, but I usually wasn't that weird.
