Full Name: Ross Gabriel Sawyer. The name Ross is of Scottish and Gaelic origin, and the meaning of it is "headland, cape". May also be derived from the Gaelic word for "red". His middle name, Gabriel, originated from Hebrew, and the meaning of it is "God is my might". His last name is Sawyer, which is of English origin and meant "one who saws wood". None of his names truly describes him, but whos does, right?
Nick Name(s): Gabriel; Gabe. Ross rarely goes by his first name, because he thinks that it sounds too old. His mother did, actually, name his after his Great-Great Grandfather. Since he was in the second grade, Ross has been writing 'Gabriel Sawyer' on his papers as his name.
Age: 17 years old. His birthday is October 18, making him a Libra.
Gender: Since he was in his mother's womb, he has been a male. Boy, man whatever you want to call it, he is not a girl. You probably don't need to check.
Personality: Ross, to his friends, is very outgoing. According to them, he is hilarious, rambunctious, and even a little feisty. They're right, but not completey, as Ross has a different personality for each different age group. To little kids, he's lenient, kind, and respectful. To adults, he's quiet, intelligent, and cautious. But when he's alone, Ross is relatively shy, but loves to laugh. Even his best friend has never seen that side of him; the only one that has is his dog.
He blames his mixture of personalities are from the avid imagination he had as a child, which he later channeled into acting. Another person that few people see to him are angry. His parents, however, have witnessed it multiple times. Especially as a young child, Ross had a problem with his temper. He would bottle up his emotions, and then someone would push him. Tears would be shed, and shouts would be heard. He still does have an anger problem, but it takes much more to send him over the edge.
History: As a young child, Gabriel was pretty pathetic. His mother, a romance novelist, was never really there for him. She was always too busy writing, or too busy spending time with one of her many boyfriends, and Gabriel always watched movies in the theatre. Although he was rich, Gabe was not happy.
One of his mother's boyfriends, Rick, began to sexually abuse him. At the age of 11, Rick began to make him take LSD and Gabriel began to look sickly. At one of the parties that he and Rick went to, Gabriel passed out in the back yard. Rick left without him, and the next day he was found by Sophie, his friend's mom.
Nora, his mother, allowed him to go and live with Sophie. Gabriel came clean and was soon a normal 12 year old. On his 13 birthday, he met Sophie's best friend's daughter, Rachel, and they became the best of friends. Gabrieal felt so comfortable aroud her, and the feeling was more than mutual. So, at the age of 15, they began to date.
Rachel and Gabe were together for 2 years until Rachel left him for Chip Matthews, the jock. It was later known that it was a dare for him to date her, and Rachel came back to Gabriel but he was heartbroken and declined. Now he feels lonely, but happy that he has Sophie.
Likes: Gabriel loves dogs. His top five favorite breeds are German Shepherds, Great Danes, Greyhounds, Catahoula Leopard Dogs, and Australian Shepherds. He also likes the evening time, because there aren't as many insects and it isn't completely dark. Fishing and sketching are two other hobbies that he's good at. He is interested in horoscopes and the paranormal. He likes girls who are more on the shy side and
don't show off half of their stomach to the public. He also like girls with natural hair colors that don't have facial piercings. He also likes playing the keyboard, but it's just a past time. He only knows about 3 songs.
Dislikes: Although he doesn't really mind them, Gabriel doesn't really like cats. If a friend owns one, he'll pet them and be nice to them, but he doesn't want to own one. He also hates bugs. He's terrified of all of them besides roly-polys; even butterflies and lady bugs. Darkness isn't exactly his favorite thing to look at, and he hates girls who are all out. He'll love you for who you are, as long as you aren't a follower of "YOLO".
