Zac shook Luke's hand firmly. "Pleasure's all mine. Would you mind if I..." He gestured to the basketball, tossing his short bangs aside.

Mason laughed a little, glancing over his shoulder at Blaith. "That's my sister, Blaith. I'm not sure where Zac is, but yeah." He looked at the two girls once more. "Would either of you care to go grab a bite to eat? If you know any good places, that is."

Luke

I handed Zac the basketball "one on one?"

Tiffany

"I would like that" She smiles "the only place that is good to eat at is toco-bell"

[Comandante Juliette~]

[I'll put it in a document on my computer just in case.]

Zachary

Zac took the ball, spinning it in his hands for a split second. "You're on, Luke," he laughed, beginning to dribble.

[And I am NOT going to detail out that whole game, I'll just give interval reports ]

Mason

"Taco Bell sounds pretty good." Mason patted his flat stomach. "On our way we go, then." Turning briefly, Mason called to his little sister, "Are you alright here on your own, Blaith?"

Blaith

Blaith gave her brother a thumbs up, draping one arm over her huge dog and turning the page of her book. She'd go home in a little while, right after she finished the chapter.

Luke

I blocked the goal so Zachary could not make a shot.

Tiffany

She smiles "do you want to walk, or I could drive us"

Zachary

Dodging around Luke, Zac jumped for a shot. It only rolled around the rim, bouncing off.

Mason

"Walking would be okay. You could show me around town a little." Mason shrugged, adjusting his long sleeves shyly. "If that's alright with you. I left my car at our house."

Blaith

Watching Mason leave, Blaith smiled. She was happy for him. Maybe she herself would find someone nice here, too, a boy or a girl. She turned the page, settling more comfortably against Pandarus's side.

I dribbled the basketball trying to stay away from Zachary

Tiffany

she smiles "I don't mind"

Zachary

Zac smiled, playfully shoving Luke to get the ball. He jumped to block a shot, missing entirely. "Maybe I'm more than a little out of practice," he laughed, out of breath.

Mason

"I'm glad," Mason murmured, returning the smile. He started to walk slowly, but then stopped. "I don't know the way," he admitted, rubbing the back of his neck. "You mind leading?" He grinned shyly.

Blaith

Luke

I laughed, "you should join the team"

Tiffany

"I don't mind" She started to walk in the direction that Taco Bell was in.

Zachary

Zac stopped moving, letting out a long breath. "Yeah, I can't wait to. I've missed basketball." He checked his phone. "Do you play any other sports?"

Mason

"Thanks." Mason strode beside Tiffany, glancing at her when he thought she wasn't looking. She was very, very pretty, he had to admit. They had lived there for three days and he already loved it. He whipped out his phone, sending a quick text to Zac about Blaith still being in the park with Pandarus. Just in case. He tucked it back in his pocket.

Blaith

Blaith stretched, closing her book. Finishing one chapter had easily turned into three, but it didn't really matter. The girl got up, leashing Pandarus and tucking the book under her arm before starting off in the direction of their new house.
