Ellie thought about which one she wanted to play. After a moment she finally made her decision. "I'll take the acoustic guitar." she replied, imagining herself playing one of them. She liked the feeling, and wished it would become reality. She was quite thirsty, so she lifted herself up and headed to the kitchen. She poured water into the kettle and prepared the cup for a coffee. After she had made the cup off coffee, she entered the lounge room again and started to sip on the coffee

Chance jumped a little as she put her hand on his shoulder, and as she suggested going alone he turned to face her, casting a furtive glance over his shoulder. "Kate..." he said, not even using the joking nickname he had come up with for her. He knew her well. If he said anything to suggest he didn't want her company she would be hurt, especially because it wasn't like her to be this forward. He needed an escape. His eyes tracked across to Ellie, "Well not many people seem to want to come..." he said, "But..." Come on El, he thought, hoping for a second that she could read his mind. If only she would offer to come along...

"Bah," Matt said. "A little plane trip and you're exhausted, huh?"
He laughed. "I guess I'm sort of tired, too. Maybe we should just blob today, get an early night, then go exploring and everything tomorrow."
He put his feet up on the couch and rested his arms behind his head on the arm rest. "I might even have a snooze now."

Ellie held onto the acoustic guitar that had just been given. "No. I don't actually know anything at all." she told him, and as she was about to look down at the guitar, she saw Chance. "Hey Chance!" she welcomed him, before looking back down at the guitar. She pressed her fingers across the strings, making weird noises come out of the guitar.

Chance sighed as Ellie looked up at him, then returned her eyes to the guitar. Maybe he had been expecting too much. Mindreaders aren't real he told himself, repeating the phrase a few times to get it into his head. Oh well, at least he wouldn't make the same mistake twice. He glanced at Katy. Would a short walk really do them any harm? He looked back to where Ellie was sitting strumming the guitar and his mind was made up. "Sorry Katy, but now that Matt's mummed me I'd feel guilty if I didn't stay back and unpack. Maybe tomorrow."

Kate rubbed her arm and sighed, "I knew it." The one time she tried to be forward enough to start something, she was shot down, she turned and walked back to her room, once she got there..

"I'm done, I hate making friends, I am going to hold up in my room for the rest of the summer." she yelled to herself and ended up face planting into her soft bed, she cracked open the mini fridge on her bedside table and pulled out a beer, she practicly drank to whole thing in one gulp, it didn't take much to get her drunk, she was strung out across her bed watching a romance movie.. picking away at some snacks she had brought with her, Sure it hurt to be shot down by him but it was fun to get drunk and watch a movie. A smirk apeared on her lips as she movie got better..

5 Beers later...

At this point she was hanging upsidedown off her bed and had one arm hanging off the other resting on her stomach, She had already passed out from her drinking, her eyes were still open and she pretty much looked dead. Screams echo'd from her television and suprisingly it was still daylight. with her curtains shut it looked like it was late at night.. A smirk still played on her glossy plump lips.

Ash payed a chord on his guitar, and showed her where to put her fingers "This is G." he said, feeling his fingers naturally slide into place, the usual urge to begin to play a song. But no, he had to be paitent.

It's the eye of the tiger, itls the thrill of the fight, riing up to the challengs of our rival and the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night, and he's watching us all with the eye, of the tiger.

Ellie positioned her fingers into the note 'G' before playing it over and over again. Each time she played the note she whispered to herself. "G. G. G. G. G." She kept playing it, until she finally remembered it and stopped. "Can we do the rest tomorrow? I'm getting a little tired." she told Ash, yawning. She passed him back his guitar, before standing up and stretching out her arms. She grabbed the handle of the mug she had made coffee in earlier, and washed it up, then returned it to the original area. After that, she took a sip of water, before heading off to the bedroom that her and Chance shared.
