I smiled and looked a thim.."the stars...are amazing but..my favorite..is the moon..the way it takes over the suns job..and sprinkles light..and in certain areas..its perfect....and you seem to bathe it the light..the stars..accent it...though..." i smiled...hoping i did'nt sound...to smart....somehting my grandmother always said guys hated thta in girls..

I nodded, "moon has to be my second favorite, so I have to agree in an opposite order." I replied and looked up into the sky again. The stars just amazed me because... They were just burning balls of gas that had to explode eventually.

I looked over at him and decided to explain myself, "You see since my fathers and brothers death, my mother has been having nervous breakdowns and will litterally cry for hours straight. We're the only family eachothers got. If it so happens that she does breakdown, i need to get to her and calm her down." By now my gaze was in front of me as we walked closer to my house.

I didn't hear her heart, but I felt her pulse speed up. I smiled and absentmindedly continued running my thumb ofer her knuckles. I walk close next to her with a smile never leaving my face.

I nodded, and looked at her as she spoke, "okay. If you need help, I'll help no questions asked." I said and followed her as we for closer to the house. My cousin used to have breakdowns when people used to make fun of her at school. Those have passed though, and she had gotten over it a few years ago.

Once we were on my porch to my house, i turned back to look at Jackson, "I really appreciate that you didnt turn me away like most people do. Thank you." I said happily with a smile before opening the door. I looked around and welcomed him in, "Mom!" I yelled, "In here honey." I grabbed his hand then pulled him to the sound of her voice, "Mom theres someone i'd like you to meet!" I yelled, "Is it a boyfriend?" She asked. I didnt know how to answer that.

I looked up at him then back at where my moms yelling was coming from, "Nah mom, he's just a really really close friend." I said non-chalantly. My mom came out from behind the corner and she smiled at me. I hugged her and gave her a kiss on the cheek then she looked at Jackson. Her smile was amazing and perfect but it hid so much pain she was feeling, "Mom meet Jackson." I said happily as i looked up at him. "Nice to meet you Jackson. Im Amber's mother but please call me Annie." She said happily.
