"Life is like a game: sometime's you get that lucky roll,
while other times you lose your turn. You can win big,
or you can go home empty handed. All that matters
is that you have fun playing."

"Ciao, my love. I'm Liana."
This is Liana-Renae Goldman. Yeah, two names for her first name. Just call her Liana, though. If you're special enough, though, you may even be able to call her Lily. Miss Liana here is definitely a female. She's eighteen years old and was born on May 13th, 1994. Where was she born, you ask? Palermo, Sicily.
"Oh no. I'm not pretty. I'm ah sexy beast."
Let's start off with the basic description. Liana stands at 5'6'' and weighs around one hundred and fifteen pounds. For her body build, she's kind of lean. She's a dancer, meaning that she has to stay in shape, so she's lean and is pretty fit. She has good leg and core muscles, but she's not a body builder so she doesn't have the biggest muscles or something.
Liana has naturally straight, brunette hair that goes past her chest a bit. On days where it's damp and humid, her hair will turn a bit wavy and have loose curls. During the summer she gets light brown highlights, which she looses in the winter time. Obviously. Her eyes are a matching brown color. Nothing fancy there. A smile can be found on her face quite a lot, so she has some smile and laugh lines on her face. On the back of her neck, Liana has a little "infinity" symbol. It can only be seen if she wears her hair up in a ponytail or a bun. In the picture above, you see four birds on the back of her left hand. Well that's another tattoo that Liana has.
This brunette likes to wear a range of clothing. Some days she can be lazy and will wear sweat pants and a T-Shirt, though sometimes she'll dress up a bit in a dress. One thing she refuses to wear is heels. No way. She calls heels the "devil's spawn". Most days you'll find her in skinny jeans, a T-Shirt, and maybe a necklace and some bracelets. She likes to dress up her outfits with accessories. Necklaces, bracelets, earrings.

"I've got a little bit of everything in me, I guess."
Liana has a little bit of everything in her, you can say. Her personality can change depending on what's going on, obviously, but she's not bipolar or anything.
This brunette is a very fun and happy girl. She loves to be outside and be with her friends. She's also a joker, cracking jokes to break the ice and relieve some of the tension that could have formed. Her jokes aren't the best though, and mostly consist of cheesy puns and jokes. She likes them, which is pretty much why she tells them.
Liana is also very adventurous. She's not one to just sit and do nothing for a certain period of time. She loves coming up with things to do and places to see and people to talk with. You can't get her to settle down. Sometimes, if people don't want to come with her to do something, she'll just walk off and do it herself. This can be both good and bad. Good for her because she won't have to worry about other people, but bad because sometimes she leaves without telling people. There have been certain occasions where she has wandered off for the whole night, causing her parents to freak out and even call the police.
If you couldn't already tell, Miss Liana is a pretty fun chick. Not a lot of things can make her snap, since her playfulness just brushes off anything that bothers her. Sometimes things can get under her skin, and she tries her best to not lose her cool around people. First she'll take deep breaths and just tell herself that everything is fine. If that doesn't work, then she'll start muttering to herself. Call her crazy, but it works. Next step, if that doesn't work, is that she'll start snapping at people, sometimes for no reason at all. Then she'll storm off and return later when she's better. When she returns, she likes to act like nothing happened, so don't bring up whatever happened.
In the midst of her craziness, Liana will sometimes break out into dance. No joking. Dancing helps her clear her mind, so when she's angry she'll also dance. Besides clearing her mind, it's a fun thing that she likes to do. Plus, it helps her practice her routines and all. Also, she'll start talking to you in Sicilian just to confuse and annoy the heck out of you. Being Sicilian and all, she has an accent. It's kind of thick sometimes, because she goes back home every other year or so, and will of course speak Sicilian in her hometown. Because of this, she has a habit of saying 'ah' in the middle of her sentences. She also speaks with her hands a lot.
Liana likes a whole lot of things. She likes dancing, coffee, candy, food, hoodies, Vans, volleyball, cats, chocolate. Most of the things she likes is food related, because, well, food is really good. As for dislikes, she dislikes dogs, being unfit, fish, annoying people, jerks, and fairy tales. That whole sort of thing.

"I get to be special and call myself an immigrant. Don't worry, I'm legal."
To start off with, Liana was born in Palermo, Sicily. For those of you who don't know where that is, Sicily is the island off of Italy, at the tip of the "boot". Anyways, she grew up in the town until she was eleven. Her father and mother were having issues with the town and its people, so they decided to go to the next best place: America. So they packed up their belongings and moved out.
A year later, Liana got her citizenship and was now a legal citizen. She and her family lived in Albany, New York, not far from where they had flown in from Palermo. Liana had already made friends, mainly because she was new, had an accent, and talked a different language. Some of her friends were in a ballet class, and Liana managed to convince her parents to let her join the class too. In Palermo, she danced, but it was mainly for her own amusement. She got good at ballet, but she got bored with it so she transferred to modern dancing. Which she also got good at.
Anyways, her life in America was great. Except for the year she had turned sixteen. One night she was going for a late night jog, around ten o'clock or so. She had paused at the street corner for a breather, and she remembered leaning against the street light when she had heard a weird growling sound. Looking around, she had seen a pair of eyes looking at her from a bush. Liana didn't like dogs, and right away she could tell that that was a dog looking her right in the eyes. A part of her knew to not look him back and to just continue jogging, but the brunette continued to look at the dog. After a few seconds the dog let out a great howl before leaping and attacking Liana. What happened after that was a blur. She remembered screaming and great pain in her right leg. Then she remembered someone coming out of their house to help her and chase off the stray dog. Well now she has a scar on the back of her right calf doing up to her knee.
Every other year or so, Liana flies back to Palermo with her parents to visit family members and old friends for the summer time. Because of this, Liana still has her accent. Depending on what she says, her accent can be thick or thin.

"Not everyone can have a Cinderella story, sweetie."
To start off with, Liana's straight. Liana doesn't really have that great of a love life. She's not that into flirting since she thinks that she's horrible at it, so she's only had about three boyfriends. In her entire teenage years. Of course she's had crushes, but they're mainly celebrity crushes. Channing Tatum, Josh Hutcherson, Chris Hemsworth. Right now she's a single pringle, but she doesn't have any crushes on anyone at the moment.
"No, no, no. No mentioning this please."
Liana's nightmare is basically a recap of what happened when she was sixteen, but much, much worse. It starts off with her jogging again, and her dream self in unaware of what's about to happen. Her real self, though, tries to tell her to turn around and to take another street. No, she keeps jogging. Then there's the street corner. She stops at it, breathless, and then she hears the bark, except this time louder. Instead of one dog jumping out to attack her, there's three. Three huge dogs that just want to eat her to pieces. Liana usually wakes up when she's just being "attacked" by the dogs, and she wakes up with a racing heart and some throbbing pain where her scar is. Usually she can't sleep the rest of the night, and swears that she sees an aimage of the stray dog in the dark corners of her room.
"When life gives you lemons,
make grape juice and make people wonder
how the heck you did it.

"Greetings to you, from me. Now can I leave?"
Meet Cody James Sweeney. He doesn't really have a nickname, but his friends like to call him 'Codes'. He's eighteen, so fresh out of high school, and was born on April 2nd, 1994. He is certainly a male, do don't even question if he's a guy or girl. Cody was born in Atlanta, Georgia and later moved to Savannah, Georgia, mainly in pursuit of finding a good college.
-------------
"Just look at me. No need to ask, okay?"
How do you describe Cody? Well Cody isn't the tallest guy out there, at least he doesn't think so. He stand at about 5'9'' and weighs around one hundred and fifty three pounds. He doesn't work out a lot, so most of his weight is just the muscles that he already has. Going back to the "doesn't work out a lot" bit, he doesn't have the greatest muscle definition because of this. If he were to flex, though, you'd be able to see some muscles. He doesn't have a "ripped" body, so his body type could be described more like a skater boy kind of body-- kind of lean, tall, though still fit.
Cody has brunette colored hair that is a bit longer in the front than it is in the back and sides of his head. Since it's a bit longer in the front, he will either push the hair up or run his hand through it and flick it off to one side. A lot of the times, though, he'll be wearing his beanie, meaning that his hair will be pushed up. He has a pretty gorgeous set of blue-green eyes that tend to go more towards the green side than blue. He has some laugh lines that can really be seen when he, well, laughs and smiles.
He got his right ear pierced when he was fourteen, but he hadn't bothered wearing some sort of earring in it for a while, so the hole eventually closed up. Besides that, he doesn't have tattoos or anything. He has a scar across his stomach, more on the right side of, from an accident he had while racing bikes with his friends. He doesn't really have a set style of clothing, and will mainly just wear jeans, a T-Shirt, and some Vans.
-------------
"Ehhh, now this is a hard question. Just... meet me, okay?"
Cody's kind of a quiet guy. He keeps to himself around strangers or new people, is open and himself to his friends, and is quiet with hatred around people he doesn't like at all.
Around new people, as stated before, Cody is quiet. He keeps to himself and his sketchbook. He's aspiring to be an artist of some sorts, so he carries a small sketchbook around with him. He doesn't think that he's that good at drawing, but his parents and friends say that he's really good. He mostly sketches small things, like plants and small animals, along with scenery. He's tried people and larger animals, but he doesn't like how they came out. Anyways, he'll attempt to make small talk with people, but he'd rather sketch.
Around his friends, or people that he's warmed up to, he can be quite the chatter box. Sometimes, though, he can be quite sarcastic. It's somehow in his nature to be sarcastic, even though he can be quiet at times. At times he can be laid back. Not quiet like he is around strangers, but just relaxed and chilled and all. Whenever he's bored and he doesn't have inspiration for sketching something, he'll just roll around town on his skateboard. He's can't do tricks, so all he can do is ride around.
If he doesn't like you, well I feel sad for you because you're missing out. Just playing with you. If Cody isn't quite fond of you, he'll purposely ignore you and make it obvious that he doesn't like you. Usually he won't speak to you, but if he does he'll made slightly rude comments and he'll snap at you. Yeah, he sometimes isn't the nicest person, but he honestly isn't like this a lot.
Cody likes a lot of things. Most of them are related to art, but some of his likes are: his sketchbook, colors, pencils, potato chips, his skateboard, beanies, blueberries, breakfast, Sharpies, the ocean, baseball, and sometimes being my himself. He absolutely does not like birds, big parties, girls who act snotty and bratty, people who dislike his drawing, annoying music, his dad, and oversleeping.
-------------
"It's nothing special, really. Buuuut, if you insist..."
Cody doesn't really have an interesting past. At least he doesn't think that he has one. He was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Yes, he was pretty much raised as a southern gentleman. Anyways, he never moved out of Atlanta.
When he was nine years old, his mother took him to an art convention, because his father was away on a trip and his mother wanted to take him out of the house for a while. Cody then became interested in art after that. He tried to do different techniques after that, like watercolor and abstract, but he didn't feel like that was for him. So he just grabbed a pencil and started drawing his dog, Bucky, who had been sleeping on his floor at time. He realized that he was pretty good at it.
When his father came home, Cody showed his dad his drawing. His father ignored Cody, and Cody took that kind of personally. He was into art now, and he wanted his dad to see that. So he tried showing him again a few more times in the week, but his father continued to ignore him. He even accidentally threw away one of Cody's pictures. Now he had crossed the line. Even though it's not good to hold grudges, Cody still holds a grudge to his dad.
Cody ignored his dad as the years went by, and he told himself that he'd move away from home once he's eighteen. Well he's eighteen now, and he decided to move to Savannah, mainly because of the art colleges there that he's interested in.
-------------
"Love? Riiiight."
Cody isn't that interested in relationships. He's just not that sort of guy, you can say. He is straight though, let's just put that out there right now. He doesn't really like to love because he mainly hasn't found a girl, or a type of girl, that he thinks is right for him. Yeah he's liked girls before, but they ended up being total b-----s and snobs and not nice people. Since he doesn't know what kind of girl he thinks he would like, he's only had one girlfriend in the past. She turned out to be totally different than what Cody was expecting. Anyways, to make this short, Cody isn't really the type to love. He'd rather keep to his art.
-------------
"Haha yeah not telling you this."
Cody's nightmare has to do with two phobias that he has: birds and large fires. He's not sure how his mind managed to put these two phobias together, but it somehow did. We all know of the Phoenix, correct? Well a Phoenix is a large bird, though it is also referred to as a firebird. Greaaaat. Well in his nightmare he's in a dark place, and he's not able to see anything. He then hears a loud bird call, and he, for some reason, starts to run. As he runs the place gets lighter until, right in front of him, the Phoenix rises from the ashes that were scattered on the ground, just as it would in the myths. The Phoenix then blows fire into the air, and turns to Cody. What does the firebird do next? You guess it -- he blows fire all over Cody.
