As the minutes passed by, Harry could tell that no one was going to come for him. Whether it was because they were dead, or just couldn't hear him, he didn't know. But it didn't matter, because he was going to find them first. He didn't want to be left alone, as he had no freaking idea how to survive on an island. Really, all he knew was that if he found someone alive, it meant he would stand a better chance of surviving. It was only logical.
Gathering enough energy and courage to move on, Harry slowly started across the beach, figuring that the plane should have landed close by as he wouldn't have been dragged here by just anybody. His muscles and bones did protest, though after a few more steps they began to get used to the rhythm of his movements, and soon he was beginning to get into a steady limp. His ankle was killing him! He guessed he had sprained it or something, hopefully it wasn't too bad and it wouldn't be much of a nuisance.
As he passed by a few boulders that spilled across the sand, Harry's dull green eyes caught sight of a.. clump? It was lodged between two jagged rocks, and it was smeared with a dark liquid. What the hell was that thing? It looked so broken and.. eurgh.
As Harry was pretty curious, a little hopeful, he hesitantly made his way over to the lump of brokenness, his eyes slowly taking in the sight. So dark and tattered, it was a little hard to tell what it was. Was that a shirt sticking to it..? Wow, that looked extremely awful.
It was only upon close inspection that Harry began to recognize what it was. That shirt.. Those shorts.. That arm!? Harry's stomach dropped in what seemed like terror, fright, nausea.. so much negative feelings, it was overwhelming. But not as overwhelming as the sight before him, that torn bloody clump on the rocks.
That clump was Josh.
"O-oh god... J-j-josh" He managed to cry out as he stumbled towards his friend, his jittery hand reaching out to try and pry the broken body from the boulders. But it was no use, Harry was far too weak and frantic at the moment to do any good. The only thing he did accomplish was to rustle the body around enough to get a better view of who it was.
"LIAM! N-NIALL! ZAAYN! LOUIS!" He managed to scream out in panic, his eyes combing over the beach to try and find his friends. Oh god, oh god, this couldn't happening. "SOMEONE HELP! JOSH NEEDS HELP!" He bellowed over the roar of the ocean, tears pricking at his dark green eyes and slowly sliding down his cheeks. He was in full on panic mode, he just didn't know what to do!
