- Her name is something she's quite satisfied with: elegant, signed with a flourish, and intriguingly unique. Arienna was her mother's favorite name as a child. Her father, a man who, despite his imposing demeanor, was quite fond of myths and legends. Chamielle is a play on the name of one of the seven mythical archangels, Chamiel, who is also supposed to be the angel of love. She prefers to be called Kay, though, the name that her mother used to call her. Ari, or Aria, is fine as well.Being called Rose, or Rosie, is something she only tolerates from certain people, however.
Her birthday is January 18th, which could be why she prefers the cold, rather than the heat.
"So yeah, I'm Kay, it's really nice to meet you! I'm seventeen, although some people tell me I act older than I am, some tell me I look younger, while others tell me I'm like a four year-old on soda. Not that I'd ever drink soda -- that stuff is disgusting, and I can't believe people actually drink things like that -- but I do have a bit of a sweet tooth, not gonna lie about that one. I'm probably the reason why people think that kids can be easily bribed into nondescript white vans with the promise of candy, you know? Just kidding; I have more street smarts than you think. But there are only a select few amount of people that I would ever trust to know every side of me."

She's striking, isn't she? It wasn't a surprise, with her parents' genetics. Kay is willowy and slim, but not at all without muscle. It's lean muscle, though, as opposed to bulk. Her lithe form is more built for speed. Her small waist and slim hips make her body aerodynamic, almost like a swimmer's. She's about 5'6", not particularly tall, but not short either, and most of her height comes from her long legs, well-toned from running.
Her fingers are pianist's fingers, long and slender, slightly calloused from gripping a pencil while she doodles. Dainty facial features give her heart-shaped face a fairy-like quality. Her eyes are a vibrant silver-blue, framed with long, dark lashes that fan out and curl upwards innocently. When she closes her eyes, they cast shadows across her high cheekbones, Her nose is neat and aristocratic, though it turns upwards ever so slightly at the tip, and her lips are a full, lush cupid's bow. Her skin is only lightly tanned, despite the fact that she tans easily, because of her aversion to heat.
Long, silky chestnut hair cascades down her shoulders and elegant neck, ending an inch or two above the middle of her back. It's naturally highlighted with golden and caramel, and is quite bipolar: sometimes, it falls straight, while other days, it tumbles down in loose waves and curls. Her most notable feature would be her eyes, bright and mesmerizing against the darker backdrop of her lashes. They are a silvery blue, pools of the clearest water imaginable, and deeply expressive. Her eyes are definitely windows to her soul -- she may be able to control all the other aspects of her body language, but they always betray her emotions.

- Kay is, first and foremost, anyone she needs to be, which is what allows her to be so charismatic. People feel like they've known her since forever, even if they've only just met her; her ability to adapt to whatever type of person the situation calls for, because she wants to satisfy everyone around her -- she enjoys making people smile. She's good at making you feel however she wants you to feel, which is rather useful when she is trying to get what she wants.
Rather secretive, she prefers others not knowing much about her, while she figures out exactly what type of person they are. It's simply that she's incredibly perceptive when it comes to minute details. Body language, reactions, and actions; forget eyes, these are the three things that she considers "windows to the soul". She often over-analyzes her surroundings though, always fearing the worst, hyper aware of her surroundings.
Kay is a firm believer in a method that has always at least somewhat calmed her: smiling when she's afraid, to fool her mind out of its panicked state, so she seems like she's constantly happy, fun-loving, and innocent. Her serious sweet tooth only enhances that angelically serene outer appearance. She's wildly creative and outgoing -- if there's a war of swimming noodles in Target, you can bet she was the one behind it. Her quick wit and sarcasm are a source of humor, as well as a tool for deflecting any questions on the list of those that she doesn't want to answer, and that list definitely isn't a short one. It's easy to forget that everyone has some sort of personal angst when you're around her.
Her closet is full of skeletons though, ones that she never hopes to see again in her life. Plagued with nightmares of the murder of her mother, her father's abuse, and the burning of her family's house, she has a mild case of insomnia. At the same time, her fear of the dark makes her long to fall asleep. Her ability to mask her emotions is quite deceptive, and while she appears nonchalant when confronted with offensive words, internally, she is anything but. Even with her trusted friends, she is reluctant to complain, or ask for help in any way -- she can't stand being a burden.
