Alexis walked down the side walk her jacket tied tightly around her. She crossed her arms over her chest as she walked. She wasn't exactly sure where she was going, kind of just wandering. Her nose and cheeks were both pink from the cold as she walked down the sidewalk. She kept her head down looking at her feet as she walked.

Jack shuffled down the sidewalk, eyes glued to the ground. He was tired and cold and just wanted to get home. As he was walking, he saw a girl in the corner of his eye. Briefly looking up, he realized she looked a bit familiar. Trying to searching his mind for any encounters he has ever had with her, he wasn't paying attention to where he was going and crashed into a street lamp. "Gah!" He cried, falling to the ground with his nose in his hands. He took away his hands and saw a red liquid covering them. He rolled his eyes pull his other hand over his temples. "Oh great," He thought aloud.

Alexis looked up hearing something ahead of her. She saw a boy run into a pole and decided to see if he was ok. She jogged up to him she kneeled down next to him. "hey, are you ok?" she asked quitely as she looked down at his hands seeing the red. She searched through her pockets and finding a tissue and handed it to him. "here.." she said with a friendly smile.

Jack took the tissue gruffly and sloppily wiped his nose. "I'm fine," He told her, pushing himself up. The last thing he needed right now was to be humiliated, especially in front of a girl. He turned to thank her, looking at her for the first time. He wasn't blind, she was quiet the looker. "Thanks." He said bluntly. "But I really got to get home.
