Spectrum of the Sky wrote:{Cerrie}
From her window she saw Jaxon leaving. The girl clicked her movie player shut, sliding it underneath the floorboards of her room. Cerrie stood, and shoved the window open, sliding down the shingles and landing the graceful jump down beside him. "Where ya going?" She asked brightly, curious as to where he was headed. The girl glanced backward to see he had come from the kitchen. "Did Chandler scare you off?" She questioned, "She can be a jerk sometimes."
J.J. stopped when he heard Cerrie. She was a great girl, and he truly enjoyed her presence. He just wished her sister liked him too. But J.J. only smiled at Cerrie, and pulled her close for a one-armed hug. "You know how she is, just don't like me." He sighed, but brightened. "Would you like to go with me? We can see if there's anything left in that mall, you know the one with the video store, across town. I know you like those movies..." He winked at her, letting her know he knew her secret, but he wasn't spilling. She had every right to hoard it, and he had no qualms of her enjoying herself with the movies. That was her secret pleasure. He smiled, waiting for Cerrie to answer.
