Mᴀʀʟᴇɴᴇ Eʟɪᴢᴀʙᴇᴛʜ SᴜᴛᴀʏMarley ‡ 18 ‡ Haribo

Marlene sighed as she examined herself in the mirror. Her long brown hair was pulled into kitten ears on the side of her head, a few loose strands straightened and brushed to the side like bangs. Kitten ears where normally Marlene's normal hairstyle, kind of like a trade mark. They are practically two buns on the side of her head, like pony tails... but, buns. Her eyes had no make-up on them for once and she was currently deciding whether or not to put it on. Of course, it was rare for the young adult not to wear it. She would look out of place, not like herself. Giving up on avoiding it, Marlene picked up her dark eyeliner and began to sketch the outline of her eyes boredly. There was really nothing to do. The people she most liked to annoy at the mall where off on this day of the week, so getting into trouble there was out of the question. Sure, she could annoy the heck out of the guards. Getting on their bad side and pestering them was always hilarious to her. But, getting caught and having to suffer mall detention sounded EXTREMELY boring right now. Bleh.
Marley sighed in defeat, straightening her Super Man shirt and closing her bedroom door behind her. She had left the house the day she could. Living with her parents was unbearable to the young girl. They always yelled at her, called her no good, said she was a bad girl, etc. Which, most was true. But, coming from your parents- it tended to sting a lot more than it did from teachers or bosses. So, here she was. In her own apartment. Opening the pantry door, her eyes scanned the shelves. No gummy bears. Crap. Marley let out an annoyed groan and picked up her skateboard which had been set next to the doorway lazily. Picking up her keys, she stuffed them in her back pocket and locked the door behind her before making her way to the candy shop.
