The crash of waves sounded from her throbbing ears, but the blonde did not stir. Her head was fuzzy and her body ached, pressed firmly against the warm sand beneath her. She could smell smoke…and flames. The sound of an engine turbine roaring jerked her from the trance and Mercedes scrambled upright, gasping and looking around in shock. Blood trickled down her lip and a gash beneath her torn jeans was yet to be discovered, but Sades eyes rested on the scene before her; flaming silver plane parts resting along the shore, scattered passengers-some moving and some not-screams and wailing engulfing the black air. What…what’s going on? Her body began to tremble, naked arms gathering rows of chilled goose bumps as she sat and watched everything around her unfold into horror.



The one thing Piper remembered before everything went dark was the quiet man’s blue suitcase crashing down on her like a bowling ball. Her whole body felt pinned to the ground, but when she opened her eyes, the suitcase was nowhere to be found…and so was the plane. Huh? Pip gave a little sneeze and opened her eyes against the streaks of sunlight, confusion gathering in her deep brown gaze as she soaked in her surroundings; a green forest, covered with vines and leaves bigger than her head. The smell of smoke and fire caught in the seventeen year-old’s nostrils and she stiffened, calling out, “Mum?” There was no reply. “Mum, where are you?”



Try waking up on a remote beach after being stuck on a plane for three hours. Now picture it on flames with what’s left of that plane, and add a few dead bodies and screaming passengers. Still enjoying the view? He didn’t think so. After waking up to a humming plane engine ready to blow and pitiful screaming, Daxius was very aware of what had gone on. Or, at least, he had an idea. For thirty minutes now he’d been trying to tell himself he was dreaming or in a coma, but that didn’t make him feel much better and it wasn’t moving him or the frightened passengers away from the dangerous engine. Dax had gone camping before, but never really a plane crash expedition on a beach. What could he possibly do?

Description:
Jazlyn is obvious a girl. She has long and straight raven black hair that falls to about her mid back. She has piercing dark brown eyes that are rarely seen soft or warm in public. She is slender but is also well built, due to sports. She is lightly tanned but seems pale, especailly when its dark. She isn't particullarly tall, actually she is considered short for her age. She doesn't mind too much, just try not to bug her about it.

Personality:
she's sweet and kind but very sarcastic and quick tempered. She never backs down from a challenge and can be found in a fight at times. She hates it when people tease her about her heigh but at times will laugh about it. She can seem rough around the edges but once you get to know her, she's great. She is very determined in anything she does, striving for perfection in almost anything and everything. She isn't one to show her feelings often but her sarcasticness and quick tempered are pretty obvious, so don't take it personally.

History:
She had a fairly easy childhood, however she doesn't talk about it much. Her parents loved her equally until she had a younger brother, then attention was focused on him. She didn't exactly care and grew hard because of it. Although her father did teach her to strive for the best and to never give up. To always take that extra time to make perfection. She still wants to impress her father even if he has died.

She is fast and confident
She knows a lot about survivng, but she can be quirky about it
A perfectionist and determined
She has good fighting, hunting, and defending skills

Doesn't accept help easily
Doesn't exactly appear warming at first

Jazlyn glanced at the burning aircraft with a frown. She rotated her wrist a bit with a wince wonderful she thought to herself as she stood up from the sandy beach. She glanced around again finding anything near the area that may be useful; nothing. All that she found had already been burned. She continued along wondering if anyone else had survived, she kept a look out just in case.
