Micheal looked at Auden and chuckled softly he grabbed her hand again and led her through the bush silent as a mouse. He dodged branches and leaves so they weren't heard.

Mercedes shot him a fierce glare and began to limp down the sandy slope. Frustration stormed across her face, but she didn't snap anything at the smirking boy-As much as she wanted trouble, now wasn't the time. She brushed a hand across her damp hair, honey brown eyes glowering in the bleeding sunlight. "Baka," she muttered on her breath, referring to the Japanese term for 'Stupid', knowing he wouldn't understand.

Dax slowly stood up, running a hand through his hair as he glanced into the trees, biting his lower lip. I'm going to be known as the Island Lover, he thought misrably, deciding to put the moment behind him. The chances he'd ever see Jalyn again once they were saved-if they ever were-were very slim. "Good idea," he said gruffly, plucking balls of leaking moss from the slick rocks.

Jazlyn noticed the change in attitude but said nothing. She stood up and took the make shift Spencer bandage off her hurt wrist. She rubbed at it briefly before standing up and grabbing some moss. She dipped the pieces into the pool then grabbed a fairly large leave and put them in. She took the ones Dax had collencted and placed them there too. "That enough, let's head back." she said simply, picking up the moss filled leaf and turning to the exit.

Dax gave a curt nod and collected the bundles of moss in his arms, being careful not to drop anything. As they headed out from the falls, he turned around and exchanged a glance with Jazlyn. "Hopefully we can remember where it is," he said, even though it wasn't what he had been thinking. "Alison and the others will probably be glad to hear about it."

Jazlyn gave a tense nod and brushed past him. "But the thing is, half of them can't even make it here." she said slightly flat. She already guessed Dax may have been talking about their moment, and from saying hopefully we'll remember slightly sealed the deal that it probably wasn't going to happen again. She brushed her hair from her face and quickly ducked into the bush as the way out.

[ Uhh...Let's see! Dax, Jazlyn are just not leaving the waterfall after collecting moss, they had a bit of a 'moment', Mercedes is leading Auden's brother back to the little group by the rocks, and others are tending to wounds and such. Mostly just conversation. ]

Dax gave his head a curt nod and started into the trees, "I guess so. But there's still plenty of us on our feet who can," he pointed out, struggling not to drop any of the moss in his arms. He glanced up towards the pale sky as the sun began to fall behind the jungle mass, saying farwell for the night.

Jazlyn glanced up at the sky briefly, a tiny sigh escaping her lips. She turned her head "need some help?" she said sarcastically with a slight roll of her eyes. There was no way after their little 'moment' was she going to lighten up...he hadnt, in fact he seemed a bit more flat.

"Clearly," Alex muttered, holding her injured arm close to her body as she walked quickly towards the shelter of the trees.
The undying heat was causing her to become exhausted. By the time she had finally reached the trees, she had broken into a sweat. She settled herself down again at the edge of the jungle, releasing her arm and swiping a hand over her damp forehead. When she dropped her hand, there was blood and sweat smeared on it. She grimaced at the sight, imagining how bad she must look in her dark green jersey and pale blue cut off jeans. Her dark brown - nearly black hair must look terrible too. It's not like I ever cared that much before. she thought, reluctantly leaving her looks to rest. She glanced at Pierce, her eyes narrowing.
"Don't you have anything better to do than follow me?" she asked, not hiding the displeasure in her voice.
In the shade, her eyes looked completely black, which she decided was a good thing. She gave him a cold look before glancing around her, as if searching for something - anything - that would occupy her irritated self.

Eric returned to the two after deciding the Mercedes could get back to the group on her own. He had missed the whole 'moment' between them - thank goodness. "How do you suggest we get the injured people here?" he asked, glancing between the two. He could care less if they decided to have a love affair between each other while they were here - as long as it didn't distract them too much and cause trouble for the rest of the group.

Jazlyn looked up surprised at Eric, then said simply "Carry or help them." as if it wasn't obvious. Although they had plenty of I injured, they had plenty of capable people. "That is, of some people are strong enough." she coughed with a tiny smirk.
